Liberty stocked windows that were a perfect fit but then I learned that the "rough opening" needed to accommodate for an extra half-inch all around. After multiple calls and emails, both our contractors and Liberty were able to work it out. We picked up our windows at their nearest showroom within days. Liberty walked me through the installation process both on the phone and by email. Installation was a breeze and they are tightly sealed.
