There is an underpass to the inbound train platform and station. There is no access to the inbound platform from the outbound platform so you must use the underpass. Both platforms have stair as well as ramp access. The outbound station has an enclosed waiting area open during the morning rush and a small enclosed waiting area open 24 hours during the winter months.
