We had to buy some trash bags, there was an exposed power strip that was very overloaded and when we opened the dishwasher to look for coffee cups it was full of stale dirty water and mold on the dishes inside. I'd think for the $65 cleaning fee, the place would be clean. Other than that bit of grossness, we enjoyed our stay.

Prospective residents: do not sign here if you have any regard for your health. Current residents: contact counsel immediately. There's at least a class action lawsuit at play but individuals can claim compensation as well. Management: your careers are finished.

My primary example is pet waste. People just leave dog poop everywhere and I can't even use my porch on a windy day because it just smells like old, hot, poo from all the pet waste people don't pick up and the office doesn't address it.

Instead, the water bowl has been left in this condition for weeks. It's frustrating that something so simple hasn't been addressed.
