The location is a little hidden right next to the old spaghetti factory. The lounge is pretty dark with a layback feel. There are several screens for watching a game, pool table and couch. Wings were advertised to be 65 cents between 12-3 for happy hour. Regular is only 80 cents so good price. They have happy hour beer also. Service was good from Lisa, a super sweet gal! Prompt service. Would come back for apres skiing when there is a game and when my friends wanted to shop before dinner. we ordered 20 wings. Salt and paper and honey. Came here to watch the bluejays game with some of my friends. I would say the vibes here are pretty good and they have some great deals for food and drinks which is great especially since Whistler can be so expensive at times. February 2026: Was excited to check out Crystal Lounge's happy hour from noon to 3pm. Wings are normally $0.80 and sold in sets of 10, so Happy Hour is $1.50 discount. I got them salt & pepper style, they aren't big, but they are excellent and came out quickly. Stick to the wings since the poutine was salty enough to give me indigestion. I think they would've been much better if I had thought to ask to hold off on salting the fries. Pricing is quite reasonable. Otherwise, ambience is very laid back, not too loud at lunchtime, and nice having the Olympic hockey game on. My server, Ellie, was totally nice AND efficient. Kudos for her! Located next to the Old Spaghetti Factory, Crystal Lounge is a good spot to warm up and wash down some apps with a drink or two. There was a long line for the Old Spaghetti Factory next door, so we decided to pop into the lounge right next to it, and luckily there were a couple tables open. Seating is first come first serve. I went with a white peach sangria, which was deliciously fruity. I didn't even taste the alcohol! My friend and I also ordered a couple of appetizers to share. The salt and pepper wings (they offer other flavors as well) were a steal at $0.85 each, though you have to order 10 at a time for each flavor. If you go during happy hour, I think they were $0.35 each or something, which is even crazier. The wings came out pretty bland (I think they forgot to add salt so I had to add it myself) but were otherwise good. The calamari was good. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while as it was no longer hot, or even warm, when it arrived, but otherwise the flavor was spot on. They also offer a couple of personal 8" pizzas, which is the most entree-like dish on the lounge menu. My friend ordered the vegetarian pizza, which had a LOT of mushroom and pepper on it. He enjoyed it, and I thought it was pretty good from the handful of bites I took. Don't expect the service to be fast here, especially during the peak Whistler season. It took a while for our server to come take our order, it took a while to get our drinks, it took a while for the food to arrive, and (surprise) it took a while to flag down our server to get the check. read more

Small pub eatery next to the Old Spaghetti Factory. My family came here to redeem our offer from staying at Crystal Lodge - 30 cent wings with purchase of a drink. They also have a 40 cent wing offer till 6 pm if you're not staying at the hotel. They also charge 25 cents for each dipping sauce, which can be kinda weird when the wings are 30-40 cents, but whatever. Their wings are tiny but tasty, and pretty filling - each flavor comes with a set of 10 wings. In our case, each set of 10 was only $3 (or $2.86 US). Our first order was of the salt & pepper, honey & garlic, and hot & honey. The first order had a nice crispy texture to it before they tossed the sauces and seasonings. I really like it when wings are crispy like this since eating soft chicken skin is a bit gross. Hot honey was my favorite - it had a good kick but was not overbearingly spicy. The second order wasn't as crispy, but we didn't order a second round of salt and pepper. I think had we ordered the salt and pepper, our wings would have been really crispy since they would've just crispy fried all the wings in the kitchen. They were still good, I just prefer it when the wings are fried and crispy before getting coated with sauce. The second order was alright when you have a serious wing craving like me at the time. We also had an order of sweet potato fries - the serving was larger than we expected, but they were paired great with our wings. Service is a little spotty - took awhile to get out waitress to take an order, get our bill, etc, but you kinda have to expect that from a place like this. It's a crowd of snow boarders after all. There's a pool table in the lounge and they have a stage for live music. They also had a trivia night going on the night we went and they're are even board games against the wall to borrow, so fun place to hang out either friends. It was a good night for me anyways, since they were showing the Warriors game on the TV's, and we won! The place is really nice for watching games while eating good for. Wings and Warriors, what can go wrong? I'll definitely come back for wings someday and consider it for when I have to watch a sports while staying in Whistler. read more

A very nice hotel, quiet comfortable, great amenities. Bed was just right and pillows perfect. Room was as expected for the price. Well placed within the village, close to everything you'd want. You might want to ask for a map, as getting around from the village into the hotel can get you confused in a hurry, or maybe lost as there are multiple entrances and elevators. Located on the basement level by the Spaghetti Factory this hidden spot serves up wings during their happy hour for a mere $0.35 each! I know, I know, we are all skeptics here but let me be the one to say that I personally am not the biggest fan of wings but I found the wings here to be quite tasty! The wings are small but meaty, mostly the drums and few wings here and there. They're deep fried and topped with the sauce of your choice. They're not too fatty, greasy or saucy, I found it easy to eat 20. ...And if you eat 20, that's only $7! The space could use some TLC but it's cozy and there's a pool table too. read more

I think it smells like the pool that is just out the door. It's dank and fills up to the point of not being able to move without shoving your ass in someone's face. After hitting the slopes and being covered in pow, descending the stairs into this warm haven of wings, beers, armchairs, awesome screens for sports or cool things to watch, and an actually pretty tasty french onion soup. If you are lucky, you get the super comfy lounge area at the back. We always get the lounge area. Tradition! We had a bartender named Paul and he was on top of everything. Great place but only if you enjoy a frat party environment with heavily intoxicated 20-something's. Went with my wife to enjoy some good music and enjoy a cocktail after dinner. We walked in and found a comfortable seat on the perimeter. We quickly noticed the center area of the lounge occupied by a large group of rather obnoxious youngsters I had to assume were of legal age acting overly intoxicated. The wait staff appeared to make the same assumption about age since we never saw one person asked for ID. At one point a coed literally stood on her chair back and leaped on top of a male member seated across from their group. Another coed stumbled to the small stage in the corner where 2 musicians were set up & playing some decent music. The coed pretended like she was part of the band acting as though she was singing with the duo to the joy of only her girlfriend sitting below at a small table. Sadly the duos talent was being wasted on this audience. While all this was going on, what I could only assume was the clubs manager (he was planted behind or just to the side of the bar with his arms folded across his chest as all the other staff were hustling to take care of patrons) was watching all this...that is until two cute girls that he recognized came in and then his head was glued to their eyes for a solid 10-15 minutes without even looking up. Another great happy hour spot! We stopped here for lunch one day to take a break from skiing. During happy hour, their wings are 40 cents each (you have to order them in sets of 10). During dinner, I believe their wings are 60 cents. However, if you are staying at the Crystal, you can get wings for 30 cents each (which we gladly took advantage of). We had the honey garlic wings, which were super good. They have some other flavors to choose from, but I tend not to like hot wings....so the honey garlic were perfect. In addition to great wings, they have several drink specials. You can get an 8 oz glass of Shiraz or Pinot Grigio for $6.25! Such a steal....they also have shots of honey Jacks and fireball for somewhere between $4-$5. Finally, they have daily drink specials. The place is located about 2-3 minutes from the bottom ski lifts. Although it was a little dark and dreary inside, I definitely enjoyed the food and found the drinks super reasonably priced. My only complaint is that they don't open until 1. With that said, I will most certainly be back. read more

Good food at affordable prices in the village! We came here during happy hour and had their wings on special, their tomato basil pizza, and their Mediterranean salad. The wings weren't decent as we had 3 orders - salt and pepper, hot, and honey garlic. The salt and pepper were just a tad bit salty but it is salt and pepper so it's justified. The hot and honey garlic were good and highly recommended! Pizza was more like a flat bread but nonetheless it was good and so was the salad. Its really chill and relaxed at this lounge. Great place to just grab a few drinks, chat with friends, and have a game of pool. Its also nice to just chill on the couches or lounge chairs and watch a Canucks game or any other sport they have on one of their many tvs. The food is fairly good as well. 40 cent chicken wings with beer... the perfect apres-ski. it's located right in the village, and the perfect place to head after a day on the mountains, especially if it's not particularly nice or sunny outside. really comfy chairs, the service is usually good, and huge tv screens everywhere where you can watch the sport of your choice. it does get quite packed though on the weekends because of the great chicken wing deal (and their drinks are also reasonably priced) so you have to come in and scout out tables like vultures in order to get a spot. read more

i stop by the crystal on a regular basis as a bunch of my friends really like the wing special. the place is generally packed after a day of skiing and the live music can be pretty fun. my beef with the crystal: 1) the wings. i know they're only .35 a wing but they come out cold and tasting like they've been through a nuclear reactor. they cook the wings at the old spaghetti factory across the hall and they always come out rubbery. 2) i've had a few bad pitchers of beer here. i think the crystal is a little lazy on cleaning their lines and making sure their CO2 is flowing correctly. this place is a good deal for apres but i never leave feeling all that satisfied. read more

A true Ratskeller with cozy dark environs and the Olympics on TV. Not into carpets in a bar, but it does take the chill off and gives something for wet ski clothes to drip on so you don't go slipping and falling in your cruel shoe ski boots! I believe this might be one of the only karaoke places in the village. Ill give them a 2 for the 20 cent happy hour chicken wings--very small and flavorless. It smells like a locker room for a swimming pool. Because it's underneath the crystal hotel next to the Old Spaghetti factory the chlorine from the pool definitely seeps in here. It's usually packed with very little standing room and is hot and muggy. Didn't stay long...not even the drink special enticed our group to make the humidity worth staying here. read more

I went the other night to a concert and they had waffle makers going. Very fun. don't know why they had that going but this place is always busy. Try and score a place by the fire on the couches.
