When I arrived the day of the service, Asha was ready for me and took all measures to ensure I was comfortable. The service was performed with the utmost care including all sterile instruments and supplies. I didn't respond as well to the numbing creme applied so there is a few minutes of discomfort but more than worth it for the beautiful results!

When it came to my turn, I had noticed the worker did not clean or sanitize the headrest or chair as the last client left. I never saw her wash her hands or use hand sanitizer either! I then simply asked if she could, and she did. As she proceeded, she only spent a minute on my brow and then asked if I wanted the cooling gel on them after. No trimming, no brushing, nothing. I took a look at my brows and there was still a good amount of hair on both sides of my brows! She then went back in and threaded them. After the second time, I looked and there was still some hair she had missed. At that point, I was already running behind on schedule and had to leave. Disappointed and definitely won't be back here again.
