This place is my favorite!!! The staff is super kind and they are always gentle! Too many times I've been to nail places and they are rough, but not here! Plenty of parking in the lot. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful.

Rushed my nail set and didn't even ask what colors i wanted, i paid $70 for these and on top of that they over drilled on my cuticles.

i asked for a pick base color and got a tan color, They were very rushed on my nails and overall did not do a good job for $75, They kept looking at my nails and laughing at them so I got the vibe that they knew they fucked up on every single one!

Stopped by this nail salon since the salon I actually wanted to go to had a super long line. I believe the woman who helped me was Tina, & she was friendly enough. I didn't have to wait too long to be helped & my manicure didn't take too long to finish. The reason for the 3 stars is because after only 4 days, my gel manicure started chipping away. ALSO somehow the gel polish was under my fingernails. The pictures are from day of/day after & about a week out. Probably won't be returning but I did love my manicure for the first three days!

I get my nails done by Holly every couple months and she does an amazing job every time. She's super nice and friendly and makes the experience very comfortable. I wanted a cute little bow and she nailed it!! (no pun intended hehe)

I made an appointment here for my 2 step daughters and my niece to all get manicures together. Holly was a little backed up and down a technician so each of the girls had to almost pretty much go one at a time. We were at the salon a little longer than I had expected, but I totally understood and it was worth it in the end for the girls. They all got acrylic sets and Holly and the other girl nail tech were great. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Holly's husband, (I think that's what she called him.lol) and he did a nice job and seemed like he took the time to make sure they were even which I appreciated. The only complaint one of my girls had was that on her gemstone studded nails the lady who did them put like a lacquer over the gemstones that caused some of them to lose their shine and be dulled out. Other than that, everything else went well. :)

Exactly what I wanted. Holly did a great job removing an old full set that wasn't done well at a different salon. She was patient and made sure to remove them gently. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and they turned out even better. The salon was busy but she still took her time matching the color to the picture and shaping the nails just right. I loved it ! They did an excellent job with my eyebrows and it was my first time getting them done. The pedicure was amazing, the best I've had. The workers make it seem like you are an old friend coming in to catch up and talk. It's a beautiful place and a beautiful vibe. read more

Found this place on yelp and so glad I did. Called for an appt for my daughter and I. Located in a strip mall with private parking. My daughter wanted designs, she got Holly. I made an appointment here for my 2 step daughters and my niece to all get manicures together. Today April 8, 2023 I went to get an ingrown toe nail removed. I was speaking to the owner about my ingrown toenail, who at the time was doing a nail polish on a client. The client hearing about my problem, said Lauren is great at removing ingrown toenails. Later found out from the client she has used Lauren to remove her ingrown tienail in the past. Lauren, removed the ingrown toenail with. minimal pain. I would highly recommend Lauren at Holly Happy Nail, if you have an ingrown toenail(s). read more

I've been a client of Hollys for a couple of years now, even before she opened her own location. I love coming here and have referred many friends & family who are now regulars. Holly is super great for any kind of manicure. I am VERY VERY picky with my pedicures and Loren is the only person in the world who I will ever go with. She does an amazing job!! I also recommend getting your eyebrows waxed by Don. I'm always given VIP service whenever I come. They never make me wait & always offer us drinks. Holly continues to do excellent work. I love coming here she is seriously the best. Her shop is so clean and nice. She is very careful and nice when removing my acrylics, since it can hurt because I mean you're lifting glued acrylic nails from your actual nail it isn't going to feel the best but she is careful and makes sure it isn't hurting me too bad. I visit every 2 weeks and will never go to another shop because I always receive the best service from Holly & her staff. They are definitely the cleanest shop I've been to. read more

As a guy I never thought I would get a pedicure. My wife talked me into one and I've been going there ever since. They are very professional and enthusiastic when they see you coming in. Holly always has a kind greeting and a warm thank you when your leaving. Lauren or Holly do a phenomenal job on my toes and take expert care of them. If you want to sit back and be pampered, ask for the runners pedicure, it's awesome. read more

i had a wonderful experience here :) i was technically a walk-in appointment at 6pm. i haven't gone to a nail salon in 5+ years and decided now was the time since im going to be attending a wedding this friday. nancy did my nails and i'm really happy to have met her; she was so sweet and held such friendly conversation with me. i felt bad cause i was the last customer in the shop (sorry again!!), but holly also tended to me at the end and was so sweet. will definitely be returning again :) read more

I will never be going back here. I went as a walk-in on Labor Day as soon as they opened (last minute tickets to Beyonce's concert, and they were the only place open) I was immediately sat down for my pedicure. When the man who worked on my full set came in to work he seemed to have an attitude, but I've never expected to be told no to a design idea (rhinestone French tip). He said it would take too long and it would be a lot of money. I told him I didn't mind the price, but he proceeded to give me excuses. I was at the salon from 9:30am-12:15pm and received the UGLIEST nails I've ever had and it wasn't even close to what I asked for. I didn't complain and I even tipped (considering they're working a holiday) spending a total of $120 (which I would have used to pay for the full set alone, but unfortunately I got a lazy, talentless nail technician). read more

First red flag, Sammy/Sammie had a face mask around his neck, not his face. He sneezed multiple times during my pedicure but didn't bother to cover his face. Gross! Second red flag, I chose the European pedicure with regular polish but he kept insisting I get gel polish. After refusing multiple times, he reluctantly started my pedi, but seemed really annoyed. Third red flag, he cut my big toe. I felt it immediately and the jerk didn't bother to apologize. WTF! Then I remembered why I stopped coming here. My daughter complained that they would always make one of her toes bleed at every visit. I won't return and I recommend others to stay away too! They definitely need to be retrained on hygiene practices and learn how to properly trim toenails without breaking skin!

So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back…read more So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return.

Today, the quality was lacking but I know that's not usual. I was quoted a 15 minute wait time and waited 25-30. They were really nice and gave me water. I also had to have gel paint removed from my toes, so that took an extra 10mins (no extra charge). Although, the menu says a pedicure is 25 mins, I was there an hour not including my wait time. In the end she didn't massage my legs or do lotion, just some oil and a hot towel. They didn't even help me put my sandals back on, she just went straight to the desk to wait for me to pay. If the pedicure process has changed, I'd prefer the menu description options reflect that. I noticed a difference in customer service as time went on and I declined a manicure. Oh well.

The woman who did my service was nice and quiet. I'm not generally a chatty person when I'm getting something done somewhere so I had my headphones on watching dramas. She was gentle with my hands which I appreciated. I've been some places where my wrist hurts afterwards. The only questions she asked was how short to cut them and if I liked the shape. The shape is different than what I came in with but it doesn't look bad. They have a bit more of a rounded apex when you look for the side and I like them more flat but it's not a big deal. It's just preference. I also got my eyebrows waxed. There's a small room right are the beginning of the hallway that is overcrowded for its size but serves its purpose. She was quick and efficient with my eyebrows. No complaints. The general feel of the place of slightly crowded because they have a lot of stations and pedicure chairs. The staff that didn't have clients were just scattered around doing their own thing. It seems like a nice place. Calm. I would go back if I needed to in a pinch and my regular person isn't available.

So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back…read more So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return.

Went here about a month ago. Looking for a salon near my office. When I walked in the door, I was impressed with how clean the salon was. As soon as I walked in the door Holly greeted me. Even with her mask I could see the smile on her face, because it showed in her eyes. Lauren took care of me and I was impressed with her service. All of the implements she used on me came in a sealed envelope so I felt safe from infection or fungus. Their prices are reasonable. I have been back every two weeks now for a Mani/Pedi, and Lauren takes care of me and if Holly has the time she comes and does my Mani while Lauren does the Pedi. They both are warm and friendly and ask you about yourself so they can get to know you as a client. I highly recommend Holly Nail & Spa. Believe me when I say I have been to some bad salons. I have come out of other salons with bleeding cuticles and cuticles that were jagged when I left and fingertips that hurt do to how rough they were. Go see these ladies and you will not be disappointed. read more

I've been going to Holly for about 4 years now and followed her to every salon she has work at. She finally opened her own shop! she is the best at everything she does! The shop looks so beautiful and everything is brand new! Go here and you wont be disappointed! She is the sweetest person, I love seeing her open her own shop! She definitely deserves it. They are taking full precaution due to COVID. Everyone has to wear masks, keep 6 feet distance, and they have sneeze guards between you and the tech.
