I love their service! The quality of work is amazing! I drive from mission valley to this spot because I love it. I always get my pedicure done as well. All the workers do amazing work, not just one. My favorite part I love is that it's small and relaxing and really feels like a spa. It's not loud which I admire because I love to decompress when I am getting my nails and pedicure done. Great prices always too!

Hidden gem alert. I booked Package #2 (Best Seller) and it was pure relaxation from start to finish. The scalp massage and shampoo were amazing, followed by a facial steamer, hot stone neck/shoulder/arm massage, and a hot towel press that had me completely melting into the chair. I walked out feeling refreshed, glowing, and tension-free. Don't let the location distract you -- everyone was professional, attentive, and truly focused on the experience. Holly and Hannah are my go to girls. Holly always does an amazing job with my acrylics. She pays attention to detail and at this point knows what I like. Hannah is fantastic with my pedicures. Although the quality of the nails is considered very good, the disregard for appointment times is utterly frustrating. Daisy this must improve. Customers schedule appointments to protect and manage their time. Not to wait 30 minutes or more before a service begins. Unfortunately, this is an unpalatable pattern. I have been coming here for more than a year so you understand what I'm saying is legitimate. There should be alternating fixed times for an employee to do quickie nails repairs, take nails off for prep and this way the flow can be more seamless. I don't want my pedi and fill separately, that's why I scheduled it together for efficiency. There's over 86,000 seconds in a day. I prefer not to spend 14,000 waiting and being serviced at a nail salon. Disappointing. read more

So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back…read more So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return.

Today, the quality was lacking but I know that's not usual. I was quoted a 15 minute wait time and waited 25-30. They were really nice and gave me water. I also had to have gel paint removed from my toes, so that took an extra 10mins (no extra charge). Although, the menu says a pedicure is 25 mins, I was there an hour not including my wait time. In the end she didn't massage my legs or do lotion, just some oil and a hot towel. They didn't even help me put my sandals back on, she just went straight to the desk to wait for me to pay. If the pedicure process has changed, I'd prefer the menu description options reflect that. I noticed a difference in customer service as time went on and I declined a manicure. Oh well.

So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back…read more So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return.

Very affordable unfortunately when ever I make an appointment I still wait almost two hours. people that did not have an appointment sometimes even go before I do. I recently went and made an appointments before I decided to go to avoid a wait when I got there it was obvious they were very busy so I waited. I was then sat down about twenty minutes after my appointment and then I got moved to do my pedicure but waited another twenty minutes until someone started when I was already sitting down and getting my finger nails done. I had an appointment with Daisy to get a full set and a soak off from an old one; and she took great care of me. She was very gentle and sweet, and made sure I was comfortable with my nails. I asked for a short, nude powder set and I got exactly what I asked for! The price is extremely reasonable and I even got a receipt for 12 days after, in case something happens to my nails. This woman bent down and tried to "fix" with clear polish. At that point I just said nevermind and walked out. How are you going to fix uneven, bleeding over paint with another clear coat?! What a waste of money.
