I went to Polish Nails for the first time, last week. I was super impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took to make sure they did quality work. And they were fast but not rushed. I've had my nails done at lots of other places. Seems like I'm always disappointed about a crooked nail application, or the layers on my polish are too thick, or the technician just did a sloppy job. I have gotten many pedicures at Polish and never had any complaints. Today I went in and this was the result. It's like she didn't deal with my toes at all, so much dead skin (sorry that's gross) that is left over. I was busy on my phone and not paying attention, and have forever learned my lesson. I decided to come here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I went in asking for a simple shellac manicure. Jessica was the girls name who did my nails. She rushed the whole time, she cut me twice and wasn't careful and kept hurting them as she continued, she painted my nails very sloppy, she kept leaving me to go do things for others such as turn on pedicure machines and answer the phone and take down appointments. I have been coming to this salon for a little over 8 years! Since my high school days. Jessica is the only one who can touch my nails she never disappoints me! Excellent and consistent service always. When my daughter goes with me they treat her like family and make her feel as comfortable as always. Anna is the best with the pedicures! She's the only one who touches my feet. I love all the ladies there but I do have my preferences based on who meets my expectations. Every time I walk in I'm greeted by name. This nail salon was horrible took a total for 45 minutes to get a pedicure and shellac manicure. I had know idea why 2 people were working on me and the one doing my toes talked me into the shellac on my toes. It bubble and peeled off. Going elsewhere to get this fix. read more

The quality of services is inconsistent. Yes, i have received excellent mani-pedis and the polish stayed looking nice for several weeks. However, I have also had my natural nails butchered once too many times. Only the shop owner speaks fairly good English. Getting the nail tech to understand what I want is almost impossible. Definitely not impressed. I'm pregnant and needed to get one last pedicure, since I can't reach my feet. The lady that did my pedicure did a poor to mediocre job. She didn't even take off the clear polish I had underneath. She charged me for more than a normal pedicure for some reason. It was hard to communicate with her. Went here for the first and last time today. I was going to give them 4 stars when I first arrived there because they were polite and the woman who helped me seemed to be good at doing nails. First she was constantly interrupted by calls (the one woman doing nothing just sat around the whole time I was there) she could have told the other woman to answer the business phone and she could have ignored her personal phone but right there I decided 3 stars. Second, they weren't busy when I got there so she was working at a normal pace. After I'd been there 20 minutes they had 3 girls walk in and all of a sudden the lady working on me started going even faster and ended up doing a shitty job by the time she finished with my nails. Here's where I decided 1 star was generous after the service I received and the tip I gave her was too generous. Since they close at 7, I assume they wanted to get the other $100 or more that they were gonna make before they closed. If that's gonna cause you to give poor customer service to the current customer that is there before other customers walked in, then really you don't need the business so I'll go somewhere else. read more

I hate to give such a mediocre review but since I was basically forgotten I feel I must. I do have to say the overall look of my nails is great, however they argued in Vietnamese the entire time I was there which made me very uncomfortable. When I first got here I was the only one in the salon so I was seated very quickly. It did take about 5 minutes before anyone came to do them though. About half way through the process another customer came in and asked for a mani-pedi and was very specific that the lady doing my nails do her mani, no problem, just finish mine first... Well they sat her and started her pedi and while my hands were under the light the lady doing mine began her mani! Here I am still sitting here waiting(10 minutes later and counting) for her to come finish mine since I had an accent nail done that needs a clear coat still. read more
