In order to get what you want you need to let them know if you want a design ahead of time otherwise you barely get 1hr of service for builder gel. first time ever heard for as long as I have been doing my nails that I need to send pictures and add notes when making appointment. furthermore, they ask you to provide details when you're a first patient but they never ask you to begin with. none of the receptionist asks you any questions and if you do not know you wont get your nails done. Also, the technicians can't even do the shape correct: it's always going to be at an angel. lastly, the owner seems to be professional, do not get fooled. she can travel and she will book you with any other technician without even notifying you. just avoid at any cost. not worth the stress. I could give a minus 5 start if that would have been possible

They also shout at each other in their native language from one side of the salon to the other side which makes relaxing very difficult. They restarted using the customer reward card which is great.
