They have posters and advertisements addressing dry eyes before you ever start the exam. As soon as you walk in to meet the doctor she's talking dry eyes, which they want $695 for and you may need to do it several times a year. They did recommend a very good doctor for cataract surgery so they do have good intentions. read more

Dr. Hamideh has been my optometrist for years now, she is the ultimate professional that I completely trust. The office staff is kind, knowledgeable and to my pleasant surprise is hospitable especially Nik and Myra Ann. I recently underwent LLLP therapy and it is the service I did not know I needed. i was told my glasses would be here in two weeks. I use my glasses to see for work. I called on Friday and they said my glasses would be there at 5 but they close at 5 but I could pick them up Saturday which was fine because I work 12 hour days during the week and can only make weekends. I showed up today Saturday June 15th and there is a sign on the door that says we are closed today sorry. Then another sign nezt to ot says closed starting Tuesday for a whole week. So basically I am screwed and will be without glasses for a whole month. If i knew it would take a month to get glasses I would have went to Americas Worst. It doesnt matter how nice everyone in the office is. I cant wait a month to get glasses..... Guy should have told me they would be closed tomorrow not you can come pick them up tomorrow. That is BS and I would leave zero stars if I could. read more

I haven't had an exam here, so can't comment on that. But, twice in the past year, I took cheap frames I purchased elsewhere and had always kept losing a screw in the right lens.... When I walked in each time, they asked how they could help me and then took my frame, found a screw, tightened them up, polished the lenses, and refused any payment I offered. Next time I need a new Rx, I'll definitely come here....they've treated me right....I trust them. read more

Prior to me seeing Crystal Optical I have been hoping to different places specifically since I didn't have a doctor prior worth going back. I really like Doctor H. And I have since been a return client. My daughter and I both go see her. She is very patient, listens, answers questions, and thoroughly reviews patient charts prior so that she actively discusses history and current standings. Just got my eyes checked and bought a pair of glasses. Staff was very polite and professional. Examination was very thorough and concise. Doctor tried a lot of options to find the right prescription. Receptionist/Administrator was very helpful while picking out a pair of glasses. Very satisfied in my visit. Tired of the "Retail Chain Box" eye stores I vowed to try something new. Crystal Optical was terrific. The optometrist was an older gentleman who has been in the business his whole life, it is his profession. He is an expert and it shows. He exam'd me and fitted me for replacement contacts quickly and efficiently. I have a special concern about depth perception which we discussed and agreed that we should optomize my prescription based on my concerns. I highly recommend Crystal Optical. Perhaps there are cheaper places, but that wasn't what I was looking for. I am also sure there are better selections of glasses, but all I wanted was a REALLY good exam and checkout for contacts. read more

My glasses broke and they were able to fit me in the same day. I was able to get an eye exam, a new pair of glasses and a new pair of frames for my old lenses as a back up. From making the appointment with Ileene, who is so pleasant and professional, to Torrie who assisted us with choosing glasses. Dr. Hanideh spent literally 30 to 40 minutes with each of us to ensure she knew our lifestyle, our needs and what would work best with our lifestyle and vision needs. Torrie assisted honestly with the choosing of frames, so many times I always hear from other places they look fine, Torrie would say nope don't look right, which we appreciated since we really cant see without our glasses on. Then after choosing Dr. Hanideh came out and looked to make sure that what we chose would be good with our prescription. I have already told a lot of people about our experience. I have gone to Crystal Optical for over twenty years. The man who owns it always goes out of his way to give amazing service. When my kids were young, I was on the sidelines at a soccer game one time and heard the lady behind me talking about how she loved going there because he would always tried so hard to make it easy for her kids....giving a loaner pair of glasses to her son until his were ready, etc. Three other people chimed in with great experiences they had had there.
