Wow! Just amazing! I desperately needed my roof cleaned and treated for moss as it hadn't been done for years. I got about a half dozen quotes and Crystal Panes won out. The service was booked very quickly. I was gone the day it happened and when I got home, there was still quite a bit of moss on it. I didn't do anything about it, thinking that maybe the treatment needed time to work. A month later, I sent an email to Crystal Panes about my disappointment and their response was nothing short of amazing! I received a call within an hour of sending the email. They immediately accepted responsibility for the miscommunication and rectified it with a same week appointment to completely clean the roof. Micah was out today and did the work himself and it looks great. On top of that, he didn't charge me for ANY of it. He waived the entire bill! We had Micah from Crystal Panes come to our business on 1st and Seneca in downtown Seattle. Our windows were coated in the spray on window frosting used for the "snow effect". And, hadn't been cleaned since last July. He did an OUTSTANDING job and was very detail oriented. He took extra time to go over the windows multiple times to achieve, literally, perfection. We could not be happier. His prices are very reasonable also. He even took the time to go out of his way and vacuum up the platform area surrounding the windows, just to be kind :) We will never have anyone to do our windows, except them! 4.5 stars. We needed a window cleaner when we were preparing our home for sale earlier this year. The house cleaners we hired recommended Crystal Panes, so we contacted them. Docking half a star because they never replied to the form I submitted on their website, but we ended up calling them and made an appointment later. Crystal Panes did a great job on short notice - coming out for the appointment on time and getting right to work. We have a 2.2K square foot home that has some large windows and they were sparkly clean at the end of it! The whole job took just an hour and was very reasonably priced. A huge thank you to Crystal Panes Window and Gutter Cleaning for venturing where other roof cleaners refused to go. Our situation was a little more challenging than the average in that we had a cement tile roof that was thick with moss that required some TLC to make certain the tiles wouldn't get damaged in the cleaning process. We contacted numerous moss cleaning specialists and most rejected out job without even looking at it. Crystal Panes, however, said they'd take a look. They arrived on schedule, they sent us a bid, they scheduled the job, even in the midst of holiday madness. They did have to reschedule once since they were running behind - but honestly, with all the bad air and everything else, I can hardly hold it against them. Crystal panes came to my house for an estimate and gave me a great price for my two story house. When the window washer came, I think his name was David, he called me informing me the window washing would cost more money due to my windows having a sticky film and is a window washers nightmare. Actually, I would like NO stars, but you cannot comment unless you pick at least one. I went to their website and filled out the Contact form requesting an estimate to clean the windows and the screens on my home. I got an email back saying if I send my address, they will send someone out. This person will walk around my house and then contact me with their estimate. I replied that NO, I do not want some stranger wandering around my house - I prefer to set up a time when I will be home and the dogs will be secured in the house. So they emailed back that I just needed to call and make an appointment. I have called, I have emailed again, and like Cate S reported 8/25/15 - NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. read more

They did a good job cleaning the windows and screens but... after they left and we found one of the windows wouldn't stay up anymore, we called and complained. First they claimed it wasn't them, then they said it must have been someone else, then they refused to fix it. They lied, tried to blame it on someone else, then refused to fix it. How lame is that? Would you trust them in your home? If I knew I had to go and check every window before I paid them, I certainly wouldn't have hired them. Very untrustworthy. read more

Called several days later and was told "let me call the estimator to see if he got out there. I'll call you right back." No call. I have never had this problem with them. The bid they gave was exact. They sent Derrick who was exactly on time, pleasant and professional. He took his time and made sure to do it right. It's like the windows aren't there they're so clean. I HIGHLY recommend this company as they are the most professional I contacted to get bids and their bids were way easier to work with. Called Crystal Panes Window Cleaning to clean the exterior of the many windows on our old Seattle home. They were able to come out the following day. The gentleman arrived promptly and did an excellent job. He was very professional and hard working. Our job included removing a very large storm window in a difficult spot on the house. Not sure what to think of Crystal Panes. I hired them (based on great revies here) and the window cleaner asked me to make my check out to him. I replied that I should make it out to CP. He said that he is just an independant contractor and that CP just takes the calls and oursources the work. Hmmmm... The price was twice the price of my other bids. Having said that, he did an outstanding job! The windows are SO clean!!! Will I use them again? Maybe. I'd perfer that they aren't outsourcing work since I like to know who is in my house and that they are insured. They also don't take credit cards. read more
