I'm new to the area so I looked on Yelp to find a nail salon to go to last night. The Salon appears to be newer, modern, and fancy. You get the pampered spa like feeling when you walk in the door. I really enjoyed my pedicure by Micheal while having a glass of wine and girl chat with the ladies immediately to my left and right. I recommend this nail salon and will be returning! read more

i got my nails done a couple days ago by Danny. it was the worst experience i have had there. He left about halfway through doing my nails to take a 7 minute break on his phone in the back and made about 3 phone calls whilst doing my nails. due to the distraction he kept cutting me and blaming it on my hand. read more

Went there yesterday for the first time. I got my nails dipped with French and my toes polished. Coco did mine and she did a great job. My husband got a pedicure from Helen and he enjoyed it, said she did fantastic. I'm taking my daughter today to get her nails done. read more

Very clean, brand new nail salon in rural Decatur. Everything about the salon and massage can be average, but if you do an awesome nail paint job, chances of me coming back are 110%. Well of course and customer service. The ladies are super nice. They can accommodate 18 pedicures at once (if they have a full staff) and have 8 manicure stations. They also offer complimentary beverages alcoholic and non alcoholic. That's a nice touch that every salon is doing now a days. I'm going to be brutally honest here. I paid $12 for a polish for the kid and $42 for myself for a classic mani and pedi. They set timers for the massage which in my opinion if you want to give the appearance of high end, is doing the opposite. Vivian was my nail technician. She was sweet. Communicates well. A+. The massage was ok. Not bad, not great, just good. The paint job, needs improvement. I must be a stickler when it comes to polish jobs (no dirty pun intended here) because when it's splotchy and doesn't cover the entire nail area, I think it was done poorly. But seriously, who wants to be the asshole that asks for a re paint??? I even brought my own polish. When I come to get my nails painted, naturally I want it to last at least 14 days. My daughters paint job was sub par as well. I was going to request they re paint my daughters toes but she did not want to spend anymore time there. Sadly, I don't see my self returning $54(+tip) later. Are you supposed to tip anyway? Le sigh. Maybe someone else will have a better experience. I wanted to love it. I really did. read more

Going on a trip in 2 days so I came to get a polish change & a fill w/ gel. Well I'm going to the lake so I tried to explain that I maybe just wanted to get regular polish instead of gel & he cut me off saying "oh well we're going to charge you for taking gel off then so just get gel" so ended up getting gel because they were being pushy, and they turned out so ugly. Sue did not take her time, they look very uneven in certain spots and then are very sloppy near my cuticular area. Usually it would be fine and I'd clean it up myself but the gel is already hardened. I will not be returning here. No customer urgency/ satisfaction. read more

Been in this nail salon 3 times. Every time they have cut me, nails uneven and they look horrible. Won't be back.

The first time I got my nails done here the guy wouldn't talk to me and would just hit my hand when he was ready for or me to hand it to him. Then my "dip" nails cracked in two days. I've been getting my nails "dipped" for a year and have never had that happen. The next time I tried to get my nails done here my nails were filed so crooked even my husband said something about it. Usually when you pay for a higher level pedicure they give you about a 20 min massage. Both times I've been here they gave me a massage for about 5 minutes. And they still charged just as much as a nail salon in a bigger town. Really disappointed because they are so close. Guess I will go back to driving to alliance to get my nails done. Definitely would not recommend. read more

The pricing alone for a pedi is outrageous for a small town salon. They don't seem to be worried about it though- they were busy! I do like that they offer drinks, wasn't impressed with my pedi, and the paint job was average. I would not return to this location. read more

This is a nice place, for sure. They are along the same vein as all of the other "luxury" spas. They have a ton of stations, big screen tvs, instrumental music playing, frozen drink machines, and flashy decor. Definitely a step up from your average nail salon. I went on Monday around 2:30ish. There were several people already getting their nails done (both manis and pedis), but there were several additional employees available to help. I was immediately taken to a pedicure station and introduced to my technician, Andy. Prior to being seated I selected my pedicure level, which was priced at $36. Look, I'm not looking for an earth shattering experience that's going to cost me $60. Because, to be honest, I don't believe that this place could provide a service that meets that cost. I just want my toes done nicely, my heels cleaned up, and a bit of a massage. I was there for roughly 30-40 minutes and did have a relaxing time. My toes look nice, my massage was alright, and my heels feel better. Was it work $36? Probably not, but that's what pedis are going for these days. Me and my two sister-in-laws went in this morning to get manicures and pedicures. Upon arrival, we were each given the sheet to fill out and we did. We were seated and the lady that was to do my nails came over and sat in front of me. As soon as she sat down, she started filing my nails without saying a word to me. She then continued to ONLY paint my nails when I had clearly checked the Classic Manicure on the sheet and when she finished with my fingernails, she sat on the ground to paint my toes (didn't move me to a chair like they have every other time). My sister-in-laws had also checked the classic manicure and were seated in the pedicure chairs and given the full manicure treatment. When I mentioned that I had not received any of those same services, the lady then asked me if I wanted her to start all over and that I had not communicated with her that that was what I wanted - is that not what the forms are for?!?! I was not impressed and wound up paying almost $20 for them to paint my toes and nails when I could have bought 3 bottles of polish and done it myself. They're way overpriced anyway and their customer service sucks! read more
