Just started coming here after going to a different chiropractor in foster city for 11years. My other chiropractor moved and sold her chiropractic care to someone new. I have been seeing Dr. Bob recently for my neck. It's been a challenge for the other chiropractors. They all do an amazing treatment. Dr. Bob specializes in neck issues and Dr. Jordon who I have seen for a few years recommended seeing him. It took several visits for him to isolate the issue but once he did it was a complete turn around for my physical and mental health for that matter. I have been cursed with a bad lower back and hip issues. About twice a year my back would go out and I'd be sidelined for weeks, unable to standup straight or walk without pain. As an avid biker and hiker this was impacting my quality of life. Then I discovered Dr. Savara. He has been a lifesaver. Incredibly friendly, takes time to understand the issue and focuses on stretching the back before making an adjustment. At the recommendation of a coworker, I went to Dr. Savara almost a year ago now. He's great! My initial reason for going was lower back pain. Diagnosis of a tilted pelvis combined with initial weekly visits to correct and tips on how to prevent it from coming back...feeling great! Let's start off on Friday, April 3 I tweaked my shoulder/neck/Spine was not able to move my whole left arm there was intense pain from the center of my neck spine to my fingertip excruciating pain like knives level 10 could not even get out of bed and when I did get out of bed I was screaming in pain with no relief. I've been to several chiropractors over the years for migraines, back and neck pain. One treated patients like cattle, corralling you into a little room to wait for the doc and then into a central room for the adjustment. I had back surgery in 2010 to relieve pain from my herniated disc. The surgery went well, but several months later, my pain gradually returned. So, I sought out chiropractic services. This office is located in a nice shopping plaza, with TONS of parking, it's also right off the 92. I just started seeing Dr. Mendoza. She's very friendly and confident. It's obviously very important for her to establish a comfortable and trusting relationship before the exam starts. The initial exam is very thorough with an x-ray and series of reflex & nerve response tests. The x-ray is analyzed and after she gathers all the results everything is explained thoroughly and understandably. She taught me easy stretches and quick fixes (posture, shoes etc.) in my everyday life that can help relieve pain. My migraines have reduced to 1-2 times a week, from 3-4 times a week. I served 4yrs in the Marine Corps doing a lot of high intensive labor. As a result, by the time I was honorably discharged, I had developed chronic back pain (lower, middle and upper) and stiff neck conditions. Since 2015, I've seen 4-5 different chiropractors. The first 2 chiropractors were ok, the third was good, but the fourth has been by far my best chiropractic experience. Yes, Crystal Springs Chiropractic w/ Dr. Jordan has been fantastic! Not only does Dr. Jordan have attention to detail when making adjustments, he also really tries to tailor towards your needs. For instance, they'll be days when I'm feeling pain, tension or pressure in certain areas of my body [than usual] and he'll really put extra focus into those areas. The other great thing about Dr. Jordan is that he changes his TECHNIQUES! I've been to other chiropractors where I'll say I'm feeling pain in those "certain areas" and the chiropractor would administer the same/usual techniques.
