But it didn't end there. I had paid a $160 deposit for glass bottles. After canceling, I asked Primo to pick them up. They told me--three separate times--they'd come get them. Each time they either ghosted me or rescheduled without showing up. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to protect myself. Now, Primo is harassing me again with an invoice for bottles they refused to pick up. After all that? No. The company is completely unreliable, disorganized, and lacks even basic accountability. The owner's response was "that advertisement cost a lot of money and we can't honor it". They then offered a free service charge. Ironic because they sell themselves on not needing services. I'd definitely recommend not only looking at all competitors but also asking for their lowest price they are advertising. Lesson learned. Not great - they installed the wire to the filter without telling us and not only does it look sloppy it could have been done a lot better. I'll finish with a good note. Product seems good - as it should be for $7000.
