He then opened a replacement charger box from his shelf - unfortunately none of the plugs were the right size. He pondered and then said: Samsung is a 12 volt product, I have an idea. Went in the back and came back with another charger. He set it to 12 volts and this one also had a small enough plug. Stuck the charger plug in and tried to turn on the Chromebook. No luck and I was about to give up. Jonathan said: Take your time - the battery needs a few minutes!" Sure enough - the Chromebook was working again. Customer Service above and beyond! They repaired my phone within 2 hours and I had it back the same day, but when I got home I noticed in my settings that it said the glass wasn't configured with my phone and it couldn't be done because I was on the iOS beta program which was stopping it. So they ordered another back glass for me free of charge, and decided to re-do the repair.
