She guided us on our original purchase and when we realized we had to change our order, she and Dennis went the extra mile to account for a mistake that I had made. Not a bad place to purchase mid-level supplies. I wished we checked here before we did our kitchen, but we were here for our bathroom. We decided to purchase the medicine cabinet, complete with a lighted mirror. The staff was very helpful with us and followed up with us after the weekend to confirm our order. Pick up took about two weeks and we had to pick up our order when it was ready. I would definitely look here for sinks, counters, etc., next time. read more

The D&M folks were great to work with and we love our new counter, sink and garbage disposal provided by and/or installed by D&M contractors. On our initial visit to the D&M showroom we wandered around and found a sink, cabinet style, and cabinet hardware we liked, but didn't see a quartz (non) pattern we wanted. The problem was that although we had settled on quartz with a certain shade of white, we wanted a clean slab with no movement, flecks or pattern. Emily was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She said that even if they didn't carry the brand & style of quartz we eventually settled on, D&M could work with any fabricator and get what we wanted if it was available. I ordered quartz samples from Cambria and we finally settled on Winterbourne for our counter - which didn't seem to be available anywhere. So I called D&M and talked to Crystal who, although they had not worked with Cambria before, found exactly what we wanted and then coordinated our order to completion. She was great! Every renovation project should have Crystal to run it! For the initial estimate, Dennis came out, measured, and explained the differences between what could be done and the look with either 2cm or 3cm slabs for the counter and backsplash. He was very helpful in helping us make our decisions on exactly what we wanted (3cm slab & 7" backsplash). Crystal then coordinated our initial estimate (which was under budget), set up the appointment for the Cambria fabricators to do their exact measurements, arranged demolition (existing tile counter)/installation (new quartz) dates, and coordinated with a plumber for the new sink, faucet, air gap and garbage disposal to be installed. Note: I purchased the sink, faucet and air gap myself, and the garbage disposal through D&M. The old tile counter demolition was painless. The Cambria fabricator/installers were terrific craftsmen, ensuring a nice fit around appliances, almost invisible seams that can only be seen if you know where they are, and a custom outer backsplash edge. The plumber, Mr. Kirk, came out the day after counter installation. We changed from a 2-basin to a single basin sink, so pipes were moved and re-aligned for the new garbage disposal. He also was experienced, professional and got the job done! I highly recommend D&M Kitchen & Bath Supply! Everyone who worked with us was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional, taking the extra steps to ensure we got what we wanted for our kitchen under budget - a beautiful countertop. Dennis and his team were who we trusted with our previous shower renovation, so it made sense to go with our trusted contractor for our old/new retirement home (which was my home as a teenager). Emily and Jennifer were amazing in taking care of us. And the work, along with Dennis' suggested improvements along the way, made more practical sense for the constraints we had in converting a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home into a 3 bedroom (less one closet), 1.5 bathroom retirement retreat. This review is late. In June and July of 2020, the wife and I were making some preparations for my retirement and relocation. Having been in and around home building and new home construction most of my life, I'm aware of how things work. We decided to contact Dennis along with several other firms for estimates. The staff there was so very helpful, full of idea and design input. Based upon my experience in the building industry, we hired this firm on the spot, without additional bids. I did the smart thing and "allowed" my wife to interface with the staff about the job exclusively. (I have experience with that also - happy wife happy life) Once the crew commenced work, a virtual bathroom gut and remodel and some ancillary jobs, they stayed on the job until compilation. The crew kept the home clean, and were well versed in their job and how it was to be done. The "punch list" for all the work they did for us contained ONE ITEM. (Trust me, it was minor!!) We wanted to go with a local company to do a facelift on our kitchen . We just wanted cabinets painted , new granite countertops and tile backsplash. I will give the pluses first: Cabinets painted nicely. Granite cut and installed nicely as well. We also liked the different people that were sent to do those jobs. Problems- Had to have them come back after appliance install because we smelled gas because stovetop was not fitted right. Microwave damaged because not fitted back correctly. Biggest problem was over the tile installation. Too many small cuts used front and center. What could have been a nothing turned into a something because the owner wanted to tell me that this was normal and argued with me over it. They came back to fix it and it took very little time so why the owner wouldn't just make it right without causing an ordeal is beyond me?. If you don't like thin tile cuts you better make sure you tell them ahead of time. Also was never asked on the what to use on the tile ends and owner just picked what he wanted. If you want exact schedules and good communication that may not happen for you. Response to owner- We didn't notify you because we didn't want to have anything else to do with you. It was not two small cuts it was four. I have pictures . Your fix was another four sliver cuts on the other side. You argued with me over the tile trying to convince me it was right. You never consulted with me on tile ends. Your scheduling was week to week not set. I gave you an honest review of my experience with you. read more
