Waffle House has been a family favorite for 4 generations now. If I had to choose a place to eat my…read morelast meal, it would probably be here. Specifically, this location. I've eaten at many Waffle Houses over the years, and this one is top notch. We refer to the staff here as "The A Team" - the district manager, the store manager, the waitresses and the cooks - they're all the best! If you're one of the poor pitiful souls who's never been to a Waffle House, here's a list of my favorites: scrambled eggs with cheese and raisin toast with apple butter; cheeseburger and hash browns; and on a cold night, you just can't beat Bert's chili and a BLT. Notice that waffles didn't even make the list? That's my son's go-to, and they are good, after all, that's why they call this place Waffle House. There's something on the menu for everyone's palate. This particular location is clean for WH standards, including the restrooms. If you have any food allergies, just know they take it very seriously. This really is the best WH ever!

They are nice, neat and friendly. Pleasant atmosphere, always endeavoring for cleanliness (they can't help when they are bombarded and can't keep up with messes for a few minutes) - they always have someone tending to cleaning! I love and appreciate their attention to little things like the little plastic table covers for when we have little guests with us. Little people drop food on the tables and this gives them a sanitary surface so IF they pick it back up and eat it, I'm not dying over fear of germs lol. Keep up the good work!!

Waffle House - Starkville…read more I've been to more Waffle Houses than I can count across six states, and they always seem to range from awful to fantastic -- consistency isn't exactly their strong suit. That said, the Starkville Waffle House really impressed me today. Even though the place was packed, every booth and table full, and a few of the staff clearly new on the job, everyone was attentive and friendly. My double hashbrowns "all the way" were cooked perfectly, and my Mr. Pibb never ran dry thanks to the quick refills. It did take a little while to get someone to handle checkout as the line started backing up, but once they noticed, things moved smoothly again. Overall, a great experience -- one of the better Waffle Houses I've visited!
