This is completely unacceptable and the manager simply offer excuses and said he didn't know how it happened because all food is temped. When the first of the main courses came out the burger's top bun was rock hard and the bottom was soaked through. At this point many of us had completely lost our appetite and had no trust or confidence in the food that was to come out of that kitchen. Our waitress was really nice and I do feel bad for her having to deal with this. Ultimately it will be a very long time before I go back to an Applebees.
