I love lemon juice on my seafood, was told they ran out yesterday and still have none. I got back to my hotel room and yes my Togo box has 3 pieces of fish, my three sides, onion rings, potato salad, and coleslaw. No tartar sauce, no Texas toast and 2 packs of ketchup. There is a necessary push and pull (cosmically) where the more and trendy ambience-exuding a restaurant is--pure flavor is sacrificed.
