After my first clean I checked that area and I was AMAZED it's cleaner than when I do it myself I'm so pleased. I usually would do it myself but I was extremely pregnant and it was not safe for me to handle chlorox etc. The apartment certainly needed a deep clean after being lived in for years but it was NOT filthy since it had been painted and the floors were re-done. The bathtub was being re-done as well and was not ready so I asked them to clean around it. The stove and fridge were also brand new. It is a two bedroom, one bath. Two women came to clean (one was almost 30 minutes late with no phone call indicating that she would be arriving late). Once they had changed they immediately started requesting supplies that were beyond what we had discussed over the phone. I provided them with everything even though each time they would send me back for something else. I left them in the apartment and when I came back an hour later, the door was chained. It was 3pm in Prospect Heights-- NO reason to chain the door shut when it could simply be locked. When I called later and asked if this was a standard practice of the company, I was told that it was not. After 3 hours of work, my husband came back to pay them and he was told not to enter the apartment because the "floors were wet." He paid them and tipped them without thinking much of it. They also demanded that he give them a 5 star review on the spot. He told them he would have to wait for me to see the place. When I came back the next day (moving day), i was SHOCKED that the only thing they did in 3 hours was mop the floor (with a dirty mop) and clean the windows. They did not open one kitchen cabinet and did not even appear to have entered the bathroom. I had to clean the entire apartment myself. When I called back, I will say that Claudette offered a "discount' on future cleaning services which is a joke. I would NEVER call them again. I think the positive reviews are either fake or maybe they have a huge disparity in staff. EIther way, BEWARE.

"The nerds do good"…read more I had two nerds come to my place last week to clean -- a few cleaning: Actually they weren't nerds but attractive Eastern European women. They did a very fine job cleaning -- super efficient, went pretty detailed into everything, especially the kitchen, hard working and then finished in about 3 hours. Well worth what I paid. I purchased the Move-Out package (empty apartment) and added inside oven cleaning (additional fee) the job was done poorly without a follow up that they couldn't fulfill most of the work. The cleaner left all my lights and doors unlocked after cleaning which clearly shows a lack of care of my home. When I asked them to rectify the issues that I raised, I was told that my cabinets were unreachable which is why they were not cleaned (see attached photo of my cabinets located in a BASEMENT where the height is beyond reachable). Also, why not tell your client ahead of time or ask for a step stool? They said that the photos of my bathroom was not the bathroom that their professional cleaned (WOW)... so now they are experiencing loss of memory. Also, you are now accusing your customer of lying (photos don't lie especially when it's time stamped). Basic toilet cleaning was not done. Overall, this company is a waist of time and money. I would of respected honesty instead they deflected with poor excuses.

Setting everything up with Maria worked quickly and they sent over a standard list of what all was included--which is very helpful, rather than having to think of all the little things yourself, like inside the drawers and inside the cabinets, etc to go over, and then we discussed a couple of things that were slightly off the standard at my place. Maria and Tonis were so wonderfully nice and easy to work with. They really did a super-human job and turned our apartment into an entirely new place including getting at all the nooks and crannies at least I never manage to get at myself.
