Had pad inspected by several industry professionals who agree the concrete was poured too wet, had dirty aggregate, and the finishing was not professional (visible tool marks such as swirls, and not finished around deck and AC unit). The result was a weak top layer of concrete that easily chips and looks terrible. Not to mention the screws left on my driveway where I park, and my kids picking up their cigarette butts left on the picnic table. My brand new Air conditioner has concrete spatter all over it, as well as 2 back doors and a window. Justin Nevill the owner offered to tear out and replace, to which I asked for a full refund as I did not want him to complete the work again. He agreed and said he will need to make payments. I worked with him to pay me off over 2 months and to date I have received 1 payment equaling less than 1/3 of the agreed to amount, and he has now gone silent and will no longer answer my emails or phone calls. If you google his company you can find other unsatisfied customers, but the reviews somehow keep getting deleted, including here on yelp. This is a very unprofessional company, and would not recommend to anyone.

They finished the job in a few hours, and Dean asked if I had any issues with it, and I mentioned that it did no look great and I would appreciate it if they came back and made it look better. He came out himself about a week later and fixed it so it looked literally as good as new, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. Things not going perfectly is common for contractors. Fixing things when they DO go wrong is a lot more uncommon. 5 stars, and Dean is a stand up guy.

This involved framing, drywalling, insulation, tiling, electrical, HVAC, painting and (beautiful) custom cabinetry to create a useful space for us. It was completed perfectly on budget with absolute transparency as to the cost of the items we added. There were no "hidden" nor "surprise" costs. The price was, in our opinion, fantastic. The job started on time and finished a few days late, (due to many additions we made to the project after the original timeline estimate). Communication throughout was superb - both in the planning stage and during the project. Matt replies to emails quickly and kept us up to date as to the progress and daily plan. On the few occasions during the project that we wished something to be modified or a detail to be changed, Matt was always cheerful and willing. Whatever modification we requested was completed exactly as desired. The site was kept very clean and the crew was kind and respectful. We felt completely comfortable having them in our home whether we were there or not. We even have young children who still nap and the team made every effort to only do the noisy parts outside of naptime. The final product far exceeded our expectations - we are ecstatic with both the look and the function.
