Our house is quite old and a lot of the beams and sidings were not in good shape. Painting them involved replacing several sections or patching old work in order for the paint to adhere and look good. Miguel and his foreman expertly and independently solved each problem that came up, but brought options to me when necessary. Very clear and easy to work through. They really treated the work as if they were doing it for their own home. The end result is an incredible looking job that exceeded even my high expectations. The only little hiccup I could make a suggestion for in the future is just knock to let the owner know when you need to paint the door trim as my dogs really wanted to run out the door as soon as it swung open.
