Our house is quite old and a lot of the beams and sidings were not in good shape. Painting them involved replacing several sections or patching old work in order for the paint to adhere and look good. Miguel and his foreman expertly and independently solved each problem that came up, but brought options to me when necessary. Very clear and easy to work through. In fact Song told me he painted my house last time. The prep work was detailed and meticulous and they were on time at 8:30 am everyday. It was a hot week but they soldier on. I admire their work ethic. My neighbor grows a lot of edible plants on her lot and was concerned about the wind blowing some chemicals over her vegetables. Lopez was able to put up a plastic canopy over the fence all the way to the back of the lot. I was amazed that they could do that and my neighbors were very grateful.
