This company came highly recommended on Nextdoor. It should not have. I had a torn side molding and a scratch on my passenger rear quarter panel. They were to replace the trim and repair the scratch. They said it would take about 2 weeks. It took A MONTH! Crazy for almost no work. They called me on a Friday and said it would be ready on Wednesday. It was not! It wasn't ready until the following Friday. They called to say it was ready and I told them the insurance was cutting a check for them today. I bought this car and had fixed a few years ago. I have receipts for everything. Yet they blame their mistakes on my car for prior damage. Damage that was fixed a long time ago and had nothing to do with what insurance paid and what I paid out of pocket for new damage from a hit and run. I took it to BBB and that was their excuse. The estimate from them said unrelated prior damage. Insurance paid 1725.35 and I paid out of pocket 1507.56 for additional work. They charged for a new fender but got a used one. They didn't want to put pin strips back on. They messed with something under the hood and dash. I never had any problems with the car. Paint is suppose to be tri color per estimate. not done. They kept trying to get additional money from insurance for something that had nothing to do with damage they paid for. I paid over and above the insurance amount. Their communication is horrible. I have every text they sent me with excuses. They had my car from the beginning of December till January for minor damage. And I was to keep paying rental. Overall, they took advantage of me and the situation. My car is worse off. Yet they keep blaming in on prior damage and the estimate indicates damage I had was unrelated damage. Description of complaint: In 2016 | received hail damage on my red 2001 ford F150 super crew. I took my truck in to Miracle Paint and Body work shop to be fixed. After approximately two weeks I picked up my truck with a lifetime warranty. Nine years later the paint is showing oxidation and the clear coat is aggressively peeling on the hood and door handles. See attached copy of warranty paperwork. On February 15 2025 l took my truck with a copy of my paperwork with the warranty. I spoke to Michael Carpenter and he assured me that someone would call me. Todate no one has called. I have called once or twices a week. Every time I call I speak to the receptionist and she reassures me that the General Manager Sean will give me a call. Again todate no one has called. When I call and ask for Sean he is never around and have to leave a message or they can't find him. On April 2 2025 was the last call and spoke to Lupe and informed her if I did not hear from Sean by end of day I would file a complaint with BBB. Again todate no one has called. Do Not Take Your Vehicle Here. I brought my 2008 Nissan Titan here for some paint work on the roof as it had been driven into a parking garage that was too low. The positive reviews gave me a sense of confidence that I was dealing with a reputable business. I was told they would have to drop the headliner inside to repair the scratched roof exterior. No problem, I said, you're the experts. I was told midway through the repair that my rear power window didn't work. I explained it was working fine before I brought it in and asked if they could recheck the connections. They did so and apologized that apparently the tech had unplugged it by mistake. First red flag. Another call letting me know they had broken my windshield when removing it to do the paint work but not to worry, they would replace it at no cost to me. A couple of weeks pass and I get a call letting me know the truck was ready. I make an appointment to pick up the truck around 1pm on a Saturday just before they close. When I arrived my service advisor informed me that somehow the new windshield had also cracked after they had installed it. Second red flag. He then told me that again, not to worry, they had ordered another windshield and he would call me when it arrived and they would install it at no cost to me. I leave the facility and I'm driving down the road and the sun visor falls down. I look at it more closely and notice a piece of it is missing. Mistakes happen so I decide I will call my service underwriter Michael and let him know so they can take care of that when I go back for the windshield replacement. Over the weekend I noticed a few other issues. A trim piece near the windshield starts shaking as I'm driving. I check it and it's broken. I notice cracks in the speaker grill in the center of the dash. The wires were pulled out of the side of the dash that were attached to the GPS plugin and the satellite radio plug in for the aftermarket radio. The overhead center console is hanging down because screws and clips were not reinstalled after they put the headliner back up. The business is closed on Sunday so I decided to go back on Tuesday to show the service advisor the issues I had discovered and he assured me he would have all of them taken care of when I dropped the vehicle back off for the new windshield. Ok, no problem I say. Two weeks later I get a call telling me the new windshield is and that I can drop the truck off to get the issues repaired and new windshield installed. A week goes by and I get another call telling me I can come pick up the truck as it is ready to go. When I arrived I found the only issue that was repaired was the overhead console was remounted. The center dash speaker grill had glue spread over the cracks that did nothing to repair the issue. I was told by my service advisor that the part to repair would cost over $400 and the owner would not approve that. He said he didn't believe they damaged it. He agreed they did damage the sun visors and that they would submit the claim to my insurance company and if they agreed to pay the cost then the body shop would install them at no cost to me. I was dumbfounded. I'm a 52 year old business owner who had never dealt with such brazen incompetence in my life. Avoid this shop at all costs. Inspect any work this shop may have done for you and do not pay one dime until you are happy with the work. Buyer beware. Never ever, ever take your vehicle to Miracle Body and Paint. There's a long list of things they've messed up on when "repairing" my truck. They broke my frame, which technically totaled the truck, (luckily, we can fix that). Installed the wrong wheels that don't even fit without using a spacer, not unheard of, until you realize that the wheels on the passenger side of the truck are offset 2-1/4" more than their new ones, I'd need a spacer that size! (They're crazy) Had to order a whole new set of wheels, since the original wheels have been discontinued; there goes over $1000 from my own pocket. After having to pay for the tires to be swapped from their wheels to the new ones I had purchased, I had to deliver the ones they bought to Discount Tire for them, did I mention I had to drive them from Austin TX to San Antonio, since it they had to be taken to the store of purchase, so that Miracle could receive their refund? They offered me less than what they paid for the wheels, so I called them out on it, and they responded with, "you're correct", and added the difference with a separate check, (shady). Found the eccentric bolts for the control arm to only be hand tight. Not surprised, since the moment the insurance company deemed it a totaled vehicle, they decided to try even less to get the job done right. One of the most upsetting things we found: when trying to find out what that metal rubbing sound was coming from the wheel, and noticing the dust cover to be super loose, we found that the front wheel bearing/hub assembly bolts were only hand tightened as well; one bolt had backed out and was bent from hitting the back of the lug bolts when the truck was driven up to get worked on. Those bolts had absolutely nothing to do with the control arm mounts we had to fix ourselves. Had they not ordered the wrong wheels, and the tire hadn't rubbed the suspension arms like crazy, we wouldn't have heard the loose dust plate, and would have driven a ticking time-bomb. My daughter drives that truck regularly! What if it decided to pop off on the Highway?! Unacceptable; actually, unacceptable pales to describe how truly messed up this whole ordeal has been with them, and we are disgusted with the lack of care, craftsmanship, and accountability Miracle Body and Paint has demonstrated. Truly one of the single most disappointing experiences I've ever had, to put it kindly... I'll definitely never go back, and urge anyone I know, and everyone they know, to never go there. From the beginning, it took 2-1/2 months for them to "fix" our truck, only to total it, and then let me take it off the lot, in a condition that could have been potentially catastrophic. Seriously, it could have ended in a fatality had we not found it ourselves. Luckily, I have the wherewithal and network to fix their shoddy work. It also makes me wonder if they were hoping to keep my truck for themselves, given its value, and didn't expect a person with my means to be able and willing to take my property back.They refuse to pay me for the damaged hub assembly, since the moment they totaled my truck, they removed any warranty on the work they did. Bottom line, they don't care, and any response by them to any of this, is just them trying to save face. I'm sure they've fulfilled other orders just fine, and you might even think, "hey this guy had his truck paid off, that's not a bad deal". Sure my truck was paid off, but now I drive around with a salvage title, good luck selling that vehicle for what it should have been worth. Bottom line is that they put my family's lives at risk, and we are extremely fortunate that we stumbled upon it, and fixed it before it was too late. My multiple experiences with Miracle Body and Paint have included frustration, incompetence, multiple delays, broken promises, and unappreciated patience. I've over-extended my understanding on multiple occasions which they took advantage of. I implore anyone reading this to please closely evaluate the negative feedback here and consider choosing another body shop. I had taken my vehicle to get some very minor body repair work. It took Miracle 16 days to complete the work and while the body work was adequate, unfortunately the door's emblem lettering had been placed at a crooked angle and a smaller than original badge that did not match the other side was used and off-centered as well. A new emblem was ordered and I was told that they'll notify me once it arrived. I know things happen, so I was understanding. After nearly a month since the initial work and multiple attempts at trying to get a follow up, I ended up emailing several contacts at Miracle expressing my concerns on the lack of communication. I finally received a response that they had just reached out to the dealership who informed them that the smaller badge they used on the truck was the only one available. I did my own research and found the correctly sized badge along with its part # and links to online sellers. Supposedly they ordered it from one of those sellers but received the wrong size again, ultimately informing me that either I could use that one or instead source my own and they'll reimburse me for it. I called the local dealership and sure enough, they had the correct larger part in stock. I picked up the part the very next day, emailed the $22.45 invoice to Miracle, and asked when I could drop off the truck. I received no response and after multiple follow-up attempts along with reschedules on their end, after nearly three weeks, I finally dropped off the truck. Unfortunately, on this second attempt, the degree of misalignment went from concerning to astonishing. Letters either had an upward or downward angle and the distance from the horizontal trim varied. The appearance of the emblem and badge were amateurish and not indicative of professional workmanship. On top of that, they did not have the reimbursement check ready. I would have to return a couple of days later for them to re-attempt the application with the hopes they'd have the reimbursement ready by then as well. On the next attempt, although the alignment and centering with the badge was still off, it was the best of the three attempts so I just settled with "it's good enough." However, they did not have the $22.45 reimbursement ready. Miracle's communication then became even more sporadic. I attempted to get a status check on the reimbursement multiple times and after a month, they were still working on it. After nearly another month and multiple follow-up attempts, I finally received an email from Manuel Rubio informing me that the Service Writer had experienced a family loss the day prior and was the only one that could "clarify your reimbursement"; to give them another week. I followed up the following week by writing to Manuel Rubio directly and CC'ing the Service Writer, extending my sympathies and touching on the situation with the reimbursement. I received no response and thus called a few days later. I was informed by the Office Manager that the Service Writer confirmed he was aware of my email but that he would have to get with Manuel on it. As of today, over a month later, I've had no follow up since. It's been over four months since I originally provided Miracle the dealership's invoice and I have yet to receive the reimbursement. I'm deeply disappointed with Miracle Body and Paint. I'm a person of principle so this is not about just $22.45 but more so the lack of consideration, urgency, promptness, and customer service overall. I value businesses not just at what they do when everything goes right, but also just as much as their actions when something goes wrong. read more

Horrible service on my car and I'm a returning customer! They tried to charge me nearly $5 grand on a $1400 and charge me for their rental which was taken care of by my insurance.. if they would have finished my car when told I would not been involved in an accident with their rental and they wanted to charge me for the time their rental was being worked on.. not my fault and was not at fault by the other driver but they still wanted to charge me 2 deductibles. Horrible service and they will milk you and your insurance for their in house rental. This place is the absolute worst. My car had two weeks worth of damage maybe three at the most and they kept my car for three months they did horrible work. They promised that they would use parts that were from the manufacture and the used aftermarket parts. It was so disgusting my car actually depreciated in value because he had it so long. I always like to have a "cooling off" period to write reviews & send emails or texts when I'm upset so miracle went up one star due to the fact that our adjuster did communicate on a weekly basis. My vehicle took over 45 days which was 15 over the projected completion and that's not very what set me off. Upon picking up my vehicle the right side rear bumper was not snapped on and the tail light did not function. Additionally there was no rear inner tire liner on the rear vehicle so I was informed that they just noticed it and had to order the part. My vehicle was not detailed and there were black hand prints all over my white car. The vehicles alignment was so off that I just went to buy a brand new car. 3 weeks later the adjuster called to inform me that the missing part was in and I told him to send it back and pocket the refund. The most frustrating experience with a business I've ever had. Make sure you go over the damage report on your vehicle when you bring it in. Get a copy of it too. After my car had been here for over one month for repairs, the best part about it is now I have trim panels loose / misaligned on the car with paint overspray on other panels, and the clear coat is roughed in a few spots. I don't want to go back here to fix anything as I've had a hard enough time with them. I can't believe the "service" I received. They had my car for over 6 weeks, insurance problems. Had to take my car back 3 times, they need a manager to do quite control, my lights were not adjusted and my splash guard under the motor was not attached properly but the major problem was they ruined my wheels by treating them 0with a solution that ate away my chrome! Me and my fiancé's car got damaged during the winter storm and couldn't drive it any further to get home so we parked it at miracle body and paint until we could get it towed. We called after the storm to let them know the car would be towed and it wouldn't be there much longer. Well they wanted to take a look at it and see what they could do. My fiancé let them and after being assured the car was going to be fixed correctly and be in good hands we felt good about it. Once the car was in the shop we kept getting longer and longer estimates when the car would be given back. After it was given back the car was painted the wrong color, the rims were the wrong color, there were new scratches on the car, and the driver side door was leaking water in through the seals. After numerous times of my fiancé telling them it's the wrong color and even having pictures showing it they told him it was correct and they weren't going to fix it. They eventually stopped answering our calls and didn't do anything until we contacted the BBB. So we brought the car back in for the paint fix and rim fix. We took it in one month ago and they said it would be fixed in 1-2 weeks. So we started calling again and they kept telling us they just needed to fix the rim and then the next time we called they said the tire company lost the tire! So it took a extra two weeks the paint still doesn't match and our tires are now missing the rim caps. Miracle is horrible at conducting professional business. They will not admit they made a mistake and will keep leading you on. Now the alignment on the car messed up and they want us to bring it back for the rim caps. They were off to a good start, I noticed that the receptionist is a very skilled individual and works as efficiently as is politely possible (I am very impressed). All of the claims writers seem to depend on Pearl minute to minute. After a couple of weeks. We have dealt with the insurance company that is responsible, approvals, difficult parts to secure, and mechanical systems. Almost all of the process was done without any inconvenience to me. The receptionist advocated for a more reasonable rental to be covered, since my size and use of a vehicle required at least a full size sedan to accommodate car seats, my wife and myself. One thing I was acutely aware of is that at no point did I feel as though they wanted me to see the work, or anything that was described. I would have liked to see the progress. I can see a few issues with the vehicle repair. Wires that had been loomed previously were left hanging below the rear bumper, and a tail light that was replaced does accumulate moisture after rain. The issues have now been reported, I am no longer having trouble getting them to return my calls as I once had. I feel comfortable recommending them, after they cleared up a problem with producing my promised refund check. A refund of cash or overage had been promised, but ten weeks after the vehicle was returned I remained patient while they searched for the issue. Once they addressed the concerns I felt comfortable giving an updated star count of 4. I will update further if I feel it is warranted. They are ordering a part to repair the moisture leak. read more

During my 'vacation', Jr decided to take my car for a spin. I mean really, who cares about those silly legal requirements like DLs and such. Sure enough, what happens to inexperienced teen drivers happened to her. The good news is she lived to tell the tale and so did everyone around her. I take my car to Miracle, it's right down the street. This young fella, Steve Rivera he says, comes out to review the damage. He hmm's and ha's and scribbles. He explains the process, says he'll work with my insurance company and get me squared away. Steer clear from this place. Took my car here for some minor repair and it took a month to get it fixed. If you ever get Steve Wagner get another person to take care of you. I told him about some issues I had with the repair and I felt like I was lied to. I ended up fixing it myself. I went back there to show him how unprofessional the work that was done and he basically said he'll order the parts. Weeks come no calls from the guy. Months now since I moved from Texas. I had broken window glass in my driver seat panels which could be heard every time I close the driver side doors. Told STEVE WAGNER about it and he said it was hard to vacuum the broken glass out. I took off the door panels and vacuumed it out myself. The screw cover they jacked up and I asked to be replaced but they never have me back a call. I had palette gun billet damage my car. By far the worst experience I've had with a paint and body shop. Brought my wife's car there to have some rear bumper damage repaired. What should have taken a week to fix ended up being almost a 3 week ordeal. When I initially went to pick up the vehicle after the repairs were "complete", I found that the bumper didn't line up with the other body lines. The service person helping me tried to fix this by pushing and pulling on the bumper to get things lined up. I told him I wouldn't accept the vehicle until it was properly fixed, which he begrudgingly agreed to. The next call I get from Miracle is that there was an accident. Apparently, one of the porters hit another vehicle in the storage lot with my wife's. The we're going to hold the car longer and pay for the damage done by their employee. While waiting for this repair to be done, they lost the keys to the car. It took them about 2-3 days to find them. When the car was ready to be picked up, I asked that the service person helping me if I could pick the car up early on a Saturday morning as my wife needed it for later that day. He said he could meet me at the shop as early as 6 in the morning. I get to the shop and no one is there. I have to wait about an hour for someone, not the person I had been working with, to show up. It's been a few years since I was last here I had an accident where I drove into a gas station and drove too close to the guard rails they have on each end of the gas pump and damaged both my passenger door and back door as well. It totaled the bottom panel and wen ahead and gave Miracle a call. Pearl is always friendly and helpful at the front and she assigned us to Steven whom we had worked for in the past. He was always helpful in the process. He gave me up to date calls on my cars progress. It took about three weeks for itt to be completely fixed. I also rented a car from them and Maria was great as well. I had no issue with the car rental. The deductible was lowered which was great. I highly recommend going back to Miracle. read more

I explained over the phone in great detail that I had a bumper to be installed. I was told to bring the bumper over. Once I got there another person said they only work with insurance claims. I asked them why didn't they just tell me that over the phone, I wouldn't have even gone through the trouble to transport my bumper over there in my car. This shop is not has zero communication I came to drop off my car for repair after I have to adjust my schedule specifically for this day had to make sure I was available they failed to call me to let me know they aren't taking my car today I come to drop it off and to my surprise they tell me they are cancelling my appt. Although I understand the reasons why it's so hard to forgive them for never communicating this to me. with them had had know that there was so coverage at the shop since the last two weeks it just shows how dis-organized they are. Sent them the following email for complaint too Hello my name is Anne Hernandez. I left my vehicle (red 2017 Ford Fusion) going on 30 days. We have had the estimate from Root insurance since 06/3/2021. On 06/15/2021 you left me a voicemail asking when we can schedule the drop off for the vehicle. I called you back and spoke with you about preordering the parts so the car wouldn't sit there and I could drive my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle 07/27/2021 after being told the parts were preordered. Estimated time I was given was 2 weeks. Issues since the drop off. 1) guy did not do a walk through when I dropped it off 2) after a week I got a call saying there were parts missing on the estimate and they needed to send it to the insurance, which is fine. Issue is once it got approved he said parts would be in in about 2-3 days. A whole week later I called and he parts hadn't gotten there. What I'm upset about is why wasnt that communicate to me. 3) I got a call last Thursday saying the paint was going to be finalized the next day (on Friday) 4) today 8/24 I get a call from him saying tomorrow they should start working on painting the car!! Why wasn't I told that Friday or Monday "I know I said we would get it finalized Friday but xyz happened " I find out almost a week later that it's barely going to get started on" 5) during that call today I also find out the the headlights that y'all received were the wrong ones!! How!! How was it not opened and inspected when y'all received it last week not the day of putting them on To be honest with you I chose y'all for the second time and would recommend y'all because y'all saved me money on my deductible. He told me today I will only be saving $225. But at this point 3 months of stress is not worth it. $225 is not relieve my stress any less. I understand some of these issues is out of y'all control. What I'm upset about is the miscommunication and the fact that some of these issues could have been resolved much quicker. Like inspecting the package when it got there. Per the conversation I had today , he said the car will not be ready by Thursday . His estimated day was "maybe Saturday" (which is the 28th) that is 31 days of my car being in the shop!!! 31 days. Even at that I will be out of town. When booking my trip I did not expect my car to exceed 30 days in the shop. If you can please provide me with an email or address where to put my complaint as I will also be leaving reviews in every possible place as well as making sure I never recommend this place. Also want to to add that my floor carpet on the passenger side was not clipped right so it was coming off when my husband checked it was missing all the clips to hold it down. When I got my car back the same day I took it to get my yearly inspection and I failed because the blinker wasn't working! I was told I would receive weekly updates and did not get a call until they LOST MY KEY 2 days AFTER the fact and they finally called me asking for my spare because "their lot was so huge that they had keys coming in at a fast rate". Upon giving them my spare key, when the insurance company called asking for an update, they sadly lied and told the insurance company that I did not turn in my vehicle at the time it was asked for, which resulted in more days wasted and false information from Miracle Body Shop. Instead of taking ownership of their mistakes they continuously blamed the insurance company for more money, which is extremely distasteful, even after numerous reviews said they discussed with their insurance. It wasn't the case with my vehicle. Moreover, when I went to the shop to first take my car they were more worried about appearance for pictures and a commercial, rather than the actual care of the customers waiting in the lobby, which makes me 100% regret ever taking my car to this facility. I was told I would be receiving a refund from the owner for their fault in extending my rental extra days and I never received those funds. Never even got a check up call/message. I had to be the one constantly reaching out. On top of all of this, I received my vehicle without a tire that was supposed to be replaced because it was "shipped to the wrong place". I would call numerous times to check up and the person working on my car was either sick or at jury duty, or on lunch and I never received a call back till days later. It makes me wonder what they were even doing for the entirety of having my vehicle. Such a terrible experience with this place! DO NOT RECOMMEND this body repair shop to anyone.
