My car was full of dings from 8 years of driving to include someone bashing my driver side door with a shopping cart, which I originally had PDRd. I asked him To install a new front bumper since the original was so beat up from those parking bumpers it was pitiful. He got me an upgraded one which was so much better looking. The spoiler he recycled from one he had to save me money. In the end Hamed and his artists did a fantastic job. The car looks new in spite of its age. Hamed was a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back to get rims sand blasted and painted black, cheaper than new rims. Hamed is flexible and will listen to you and make sure you are pleased with the results. I sure was. Hamed just completed bodywork on my 2006 Dodge Durango. From turn in to finished product it took 12 working days. The Durango suffered minor damage from a front right collision with another car. Since my experience with my Camaro was great, I asked Hamed to throw in a repair for the rear bumper of the Durango as well from a previous rear end collision. The final product was outstanding. The Durango looks great and he even had it cleaned inside and out, even Armor All to the wheels. This is my wife's car and she was very pleased with the results. In this day and age when new car loans and comprehensive insurance are so crazy expensive, I long decided to just repair and refinish my cars as they age. Yasmein has been key to refinishing my cars and repairing them when accidents occur. He's all about customer being satisfied and has proven to me he delivers quality and tries to get your wheels back to you as soon as possible without sacrificing quality. I took my 2002 F-350 to them after "The Great Texas Freeze: February 11-20, 2021 when it was stolen. The police were able to recover it with damages.  My friend John M recommended I take it to his friend Manny at Bolado's Automotive. They did an excellent job on my truck restoring it almost to great condition at a very reasonable cost. When the incorrect bed to the truck was sent to them by the parts suppliers, they diligently searched the NATION to ensure the right bed was found. It took a while but they assured me it would be done right above all! I had to go to Europe for transplant evaluation in March so he allowed me to leave my truck there to do some minor repairs during my absence. I ended up gone until September but they took care of me.  Even when my truck was vandalized he is still assisting me with the repairs and helping my friend John (Navy Veteran) get a replacement car. Manny is a highly decorated veteran (only flaw he was not USAF, but US MARINE and a true professional. He runs a great business and is very VETERAN supportive.  I have come to realize that relationships are VERY important to him. They told me that this was not a problem and they would honor my request. I put my dash cam on the back window so that it was not on the windshield being serviced so it was not in their way. They unplugged my dash cam. I have no footage of them driving my car. They plugged the dash cam back in to make it look like it was on when I got in my car. And my car was left on sports mode. I never leave my car on sports mode. I have no issue with the overall service that was provided, but they lost my trust, and to me that is very important.

I finally decided to visit on Monday, June 16th, to have a worn spark plug replaced--I'm so glad I did. From the very first phone call, I was impressed. Jon, the service advisor, was friendly, clear, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including letting me know that their technicians would be taking lunch at noon--so I could plan my visit to avoid unnecessary waiting. That kind of thoughtfulness already set the tone for a great experience. They do not have a fancy waiting area nor a beautiful building facade or multiple choices of beverages but they have the best customer service, pricing and quality assurance of their work. From the outside, the building looks insight or unlikely but this is a total hidden gem on Bandera road. This is my new place for all my car's service and maintenance needs.
