They promised to email a written estimate and photos, but after a month and multiple email reminders, they ignored me. Avoid this company, they only care about contracts, not helping people. Total bait-and-switch scheme! This company advertises a 'Free Estimate' to get their foot in your door. But once they inspect the storm damage, they hold the estimate, photos, and videos hostage. They refuse to send the paperwork via email unless you meet them in person to sign a binding contract. A real free estimate doesn't require a signed contract. They are dishonest, shady, and unprofessional. Avoid them!

If they knew what they were doing, they would know that the metal drip edge goes behind the gutter and not over the top of the gutter where it meets the house. They will also refer other contactors to do work, that they provide the same substandard service as they do.
