He said go over there under that sign and someone will help you or just grab a tv off the shelf. I didn't want to just grab a tv, I wanted assistance. I was in the store because I needed help, not because I worked there. Not to mention, I had already been under the sign for almost 1/2 hour. I had questions. I ended up going to my car and placing an order online. It took about 5 mins to get the tv, but I didn't get to ask questions or ensure that I would be happy with the selection. I got absolutely no customer service, and they all seemed like they didn't care about customers or what's going on in a store. You'd think if they see someone for looking around in the same area for 1/2 hour not purchasing, someone might say "May I help you." That never happened. I don't know what the problem is with the employees at this location and I will never, ever consider spending a dime at this particular Best Buy. This store couldn't care less about customers or whether or not they make a sale. As for the TV, I will most likely return it over the weekend. When I think back on my visit to this location.
