They've came through a few times and we've always paid. However, they fixed nothing. All of our machines are the same; broken. They told me what was wrong and told me that after they work on it, everything will be fixed. Cool. So they came and worked on them. I paid them 1,200 dollars to work on 4 different machines plus parts and labor. They left and we turned on the machines and tried them out. None of the machines worked and I called the place to ask them what happened, they wouldn't give me a straight answer. Then when I would confront them, they would get defensive and hang up. Only until I spoke to the actual Tech guy that worked on our machines, he told us he will be back to fix them again. He never came back. 2 weeks later, they sent another invoice saying we owed them 800 dollars for something they never worked on. Either they're the most disorganized business in America or they're trying to deceive us. Either way, they need to reevaluate themselves and start anew because they're terrible. Never again will I have any affiliation with them.

The technician who came out on a 'bundle' call--free dryer vent cleaning with air duct…read morecleaning--made me feel very guilty about doing my dryer vent, implying that he was only there to do the air ducts, but he would be gracious enough to clean the dryer vent since I was so pushy. In the process of cleaning the dryer vent, he punched a couple of holes in the vent and broke the vent cover. I knew about that and let it go to get him out of my house. However, because I split my time between MD and IN, I didn't notice that the dryer vent was actually more clogged. Now, about six months later, it is completely clogged. No air comes out the exterior. And, of course, this is not covered by any warranty (because it's been so long) and I'd have to pay to have them come and possibly wreck the vent even more thoroughly (although I'm not sure how they could do so). 0 out of 10--do not recommend.
