The owners and the mechanic are genuinely kind, honest, and welcoming, something you don't come across often these days. I was in and out in under ten minutes, and the mechanic even took the time to point out a rat nesting issue and showed me exactly where it was in my car and how to fix it. I called and the lady who answered was very patient and kind to me on the phone with the questions I had! They send the paperwork over right away to the DMV and I thought $55 wasn't bad at all. Lady inside is so nice but their workers, but her husband and their disrespectful employee could care less about you. Dont go here unless you want them to return ur car to you damaged/not fully working and not help you at all and just look at you dumb as if their more worried about being held liable than actually providing adequate customer service. Ok. I never imagined myself writing a review for an amazing experience having a smog check performed on my car but I had such a great experience that I would feel terrible NOT leaving a review. I bought a car from out of state and discovered that even though it's only two years old it needed to have a smog check done before it could be registered in CA. I've never had to get a smog check before but this was such a lovely experience. The women that helped me was so delightful and hilarious. The smog check took maybe 15 minutes and I was actually kind of bummed that it was so quick because she was cracking me up talking to her. I was dreading having another thing on "to do" list but everything about this place it a very good experience! read more

This location is very close to our house and had passed by it several times but never went in. Have tried other smog check locations and I end up staying inside the car because the offices are small, hot and unwelcoming. This was such a different experience. The owners have created a beautiful waiting area and are very approachable and kind. Their prices are fair and the service is fast and thural.
