And even if they're busy, they tell you they can take care of you if you come back at a certain time, and they mean it. That was my experience last time I visited. The cost is very reasonable. I dropped in shortly after they opened and asked how long of a wait it would be. I was told approximately 20-25 minutes so I decided to go through the Starbucks drive thru and head right back. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. Probably BY FAR the worst customer service. I rented a u-haul thru this place and when I got there the guy who was working told me it would be ten min. After waiting 25 min, me and a older lady who has been standing outside we're talking about how long it's taking and this pregnant lady walks by to get her 2 sons (probably 3-4 years old) who was running around the parking lot (unprofessional) while her and that guy (her husband) were standing around talking. Anyways, she comes walking by mid sentence while me and my mom were complaining and she asks what I needed help with. I let her know I was calling u-haul and wondered who she was, did she work there? She then said she was the "owner. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me and told me to go ahead and call u-haul, they would know it. We went back and forth about how I felt as a owner, you should be willing to provide your name. She then said "she would call u-haul Herself, and stormed inside". After waiting in the parking low for another 10 min, I get a call from u-haul saying that she called them to cancel my reservation there and that she did not want to rent to me. WHO DOES THAT??? How is u-haul okay with people like this representing them. I rent from u-haul very often for my own business and this by far has been the worst experience. I will NEVER EVER give business to this place and I hope no one else does. Both her and her husband are rude and unprofessional. Who lets their kids run around a busy parking low let alone a busy intersection. As a business owner I would have never spoke to a potential customer like that. If someone asks for your name, just give it to them. I can't say I haven't had bad service before, but this is pretty high up there. Someone should call CPS on her for allowing her kids to run around a busy parking lot. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau to let them know how they are conducting business there. Also people don't bring their children to work to run around a auto shop. Like get real. read more
