had an appointment at another smog shop on Memorial Day, but they turned me away saying they were too busy. While driving down Jurupa, I happened to notice Riverside Smog Pros inside the Shell station and decided to give them a chance, and I'm glad I did! As soon as I pulled in, the gentleman there greeted me right away and got to work on my car immediately. The whole process was fast, smooth, and professional. I passed my smog check and was in and out in no more than 15 minutes. After I left, I noticed they even match coupons from other places, which was great to see. Honestly, with the level of service and quality of work, the $50 price was well worth it. Excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and an overall great experience. I'll definitely be coming here for all my future smog checks. Thanks again read more

Highly recommend, very trustworthy, super quick service 15-30 min, knew exactly how to handle my car, very knowledgeable, all around a very wonderful person, and so much more. To start, thank you so very much Brain for helping me with the smog test, but you also helped me with finding great mechanics in the area, how things work in CA (I just moved here from out-of-state), and so much more. Very very wonderful person, and the type you would absolutely invite over for dinner (to give other readers a really good sense of your kindnesses and service). My boyfriend's car just hit the 8 year mark (or is about to), so I'll be sending his car there shortly too. The smog test only costs $50, which isn't bad. He handled my car with so much care throughout the whole process too. Cannot emphasis enough about how wonderful and smooth the whole process was and how nice it was to find wonderful mechanics / smog tester like Brian. I went to the AAA Auto Club on Central to renew my tags this past week. I was told I needed a smog check before I could receive my new tags. Drawback to getting my daughter's car smogged while she's in college at UCR while I'm ~350 miles in Northern CA is that I'm not sure which shop around the Riverside area to recommend to her. Fortunately, I found Brian at Riverside Smog Pros with a very competitive price to smog my car along with answering my questions when I called up to ask about availability on when she should take her car in for a smog check. As noted by an earlier reviewer, Riverside Smog Pros is located at the Shell gas station. A successful smog check, fantastic service and no hassle pricing. I can't ask for anything more. If I need subsequent smog checks, I consider Riverside Smog Pros to be my only choice. read more

The owner was very responsive, took my car for the smog right before they closed and he still took me with a great attitude even though he had to stay open alittle late. My son left his headphones there and he personally called me and said he would wait for me to pick them up. Prices were good, service was fast, owner was awesome!! I got a little nervous at first because I knew I could trust the former owner and I had no idea who the new owner was. A very pleasant man introduced himself as Brian and after a bit of conversation I learned he is the new owner. He offered me some water and a chair and 15 minutes later he was done.
