    *****Wael Elassal -Ask for this guy! ***** From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Wael was all smiles and made me feel right at home. No pressure at all! I was in and out in just half a day--seriously a record compared to my past dealership experiences. I took my family out to lunch as we came in mid morning and when we got back, everything was ready to go. Wael was super patient and attentive, answering all my questions and showing me a bunch of cars. Just a few signatures, and I drove off in the car I wanted at the price I needed. If you're looking for a great experience, head to BMW of Riverside! They have an excellent manager and finance guy too. Couldn't be happier!

    I had such a wonderful experience working with my sales representative Jamil during the purchase of my car. From the very beginning, before I even walked in he was very clear and sincere. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Best experience yet buying a car! Thank you !!!

    I brought my car in on March 3rd for a problem with the ac. The air from the floorboard was blowing hot but the air from the dash was cold. At first I was told the issue was a leaking hose, but then another repair had to be made, then another. Long story short, I get my car back 3 weeks later on March 24th. During that time period, I tried calling my service advisor Ernesto multiple times. Every time I was sent straight to voicemail. Our only point of contact was text message and sometimes it would take a day or two to get a response. At one point I decided to show up in person to ask why the car was taking so long to repair. When the car was ready for pick up, Ernesto had already left so another advisor helped me. I discovered that many other repairs had been made to the car...none of which i was updated about. I did receive a text message earlier in the day saying "I just wanted to let you know you got a new steering wheel. The oil one was difficult to come out." When I tried to contact him for further information, I got no response. The other advisor explained that the steering wheel had to be replaced because the bolts were too tight and when they went to remove the bolts the wheel was damaged. But had I never asked, I would've never been updated. Right when I hopped in the car, I noticed soemthing was wrong. There were very obvious gaps in the center console, almost as if someone had cut the plastic and tried to pry it up. The trim on the side had such a big gap that you could pull up the entire center console cover if you wanted to. There were also scuff marks and debris everywhere. Best part was, when I drove the car out of the parking lot, the steering wheel started squeaking like a door! I immediately drove it back into the parking lot to speak to an advisor, but when i tried to, they said they were closed and to come back tomorrow. Before I even got on the freeway, the air stopped working again. It was hot at the feet and cold at the dash. In fact, at some point the air just stopped coming out of the vents all together. I was sweating all the way home. When i got home, i realized the ac made a grinding and squeaking noise like a mouse when turned off and on. I also noticed that the ac vent at the passenger side was poorly attached. It wiggled up and down with little effort. I genuinely don't understand how the car is leaving the shop in worse condition than it came in...3 weeks later. I understand that the dash had to be removed to replace the evaporator, but the way bmw of riverside left my car was and is unacceptable. I do have an extended warranty with bmw that ends in April, so I'm wondering if the long delay has something to do with that... but yes, i don't recommend. this entire experience has been a headache. i've never had an experience this bad before. i'm going back first thing tomorrow to get this sorted

    I drove 2 hours to this dealership from Valencia because my family has had a great experience here in the past, and this visit was no different. Not only did I get a great car at a great price, but the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I traded in my Tesla Model 3 for a BMW, and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. JR and Robert T. were extremely helpful and accommodating, they explained everything clearly and walked me through each step. Dylan had the paperwork prepared right away, making everything efficient. David helped me set up the MyBMW app and mobile key, and Evan even drove 2 hours with me to complete paperwork with my co-signer. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back. This type of service is rare and its exactly why I'll continue to come back. Truly appreciate the entire team!

    Brake pad

    Terrible experience. I bought a vehicle from this dealership and noticed the brakes were squeaking after purchasing, the sales rep said they would never sell a car low on brake pad since that's a liability. They had their own techs take a look and said everything is fine. After a few months of driving, I found out the lie. I was replacing my wheel and saw the brake pad was absolutely gone, just a sliver left

Come to find out it was for only three and I didn't even know it was for three until after my third oil change. On my contact, it says maintenance. It doesn't say how many it just says 36,000 miles or three years.. There are three different sign dates January 2 contractor signature when I bought the car January 3 when everything was acknowledged January 5 and the warranty was signed for the oil changes. Well, I wasn't there on the January 3 and I wasn't there in January 5 only January 2 . First, I was told that an email was sent to me with a pin to dock sign on my phone on 3 January. Then I was told I signed in person on the iPad at the dealership on January 3. I was misled about the oil changes. I've been trying to deal with them. I'm not sure how everything was signed without me being there or acknowledged.. When I first bought my car, the tires were bald. They had replace them. My cylinder head went out in 23,000 miles.. It's been ongoing problems and nobody there seems to care at all or will not help me. They treat me horribly. I've asked to talk to the owner over and over and their response to me is we will be handling this matter the owner will not talk to you. At first, it was hard for me to believe that the owner will be OK with any of the situation, but I guess he is and he doesn't really care from what I've been told. STAY CLEAR OF THE DEALERSHIP,!!!! They don't care only out to make money once they make the deal they don't care !!

It took about 3 days in order to try to get a deal worked out for me and they went to every avenue and every corner to try to make this happen for me which let's be honest, a lot of places would have given up on me a long time ago. I get it, an old cop car through most banks would not qualify for financing BUT, it's the car that I wanted. Antonio brought me in sat me and my wife down and laid it all out on the table with nothing to hide and I not only appreciate that but, I respect that as well. That has to be the absolute fastest I've EVER gotten a car from any dealership ever! There were no hidden fees, no bs and no drama. I am beyond Appreciative for Antonio taking the time explain everything to me and my wife and for having the patience to deal with us. I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) The quoted online price was valid, salespeople were helpful, best offer for trade-in, and an owner who values his customers.     I went here about 4 years ago to fix a small issue. They did a full inspection which I didnt ask…read morefor but it was free. They gave me a bill for $10,000 on a 2012 nissan rogue that had 100k mileage on it. The bill was for repairs other than what i went for such leakage and stuff. They are seriously on some drugs here to do that with a straight face. Of course this has nothing to do with all of the staff members. I have never returned and will never return.
