It has been in the shop for a fried fuse panel and now remains there waiting for a catalytic converter, which is still 9 days out. We have asked for a full refund to purchase another Bronco and those requests have been denied. We attempted to speak with the manager, Geoff on 4 occasions and have never been contacted by him, he had others (salesman, service dept. etc) contact us. They have given us a vehicle to drive and that has been appreciated. We purchased an extended warranty but are concerned that the vehicle will continue to have issues. The 3rd time the vehicle shut off on us, while driving was on the way home from the service department where the fuse panel had just been repaired. We do not feel that we are being unreasonable. We do not think that we should lose money on a vehicle that started having issues after 3 hours and 20 miles!

Previous to hearing about Midway we had a horrible experience with a mobile RV maintenance business that essentially left us defeated and without any answers. With the weather calling for lows expected under 20 degrees the next couple of nights we felt like there was no hope of getting it fixed in time. From my very first phone conversation with Midway they were friendly and offered to have a couple of guys take a look at our furnace despite being a busy time for them. The next day two employee made time and after hours of experimenting and repair they were able to fix our furnace! Mike and Daren were exactly the type of people you could only wish for when you're in a predicament like ours. They were friendly and explained everything that they were doing and why. They went above and beyond to help us out to get our furnace working which is something we just don't experience very often anymore.

Andrew took a lot of time to explain all the new gadgets that were on the F150 that I was interested in. By the time we had finished looking over the truck, the test drive, looking over the truck again, playing with the buttons and dials, looking again at everything yet again it was almost closing time. Kevin MacKenzie stayed to help with finance and all the paperwork. He was knowledgeable about how buying a truck in Illinois when I lived in Missouri would involve different paperwork in order to get Missouri license plates. Everyone that my wife and I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Even though it was 90 minutes past closing when we finished they were happy to see us get our new truck and never once even hinted that it was an imposition to stay late due to our late arrival. I highly recommend Westown Ford in Jacksonville, Illinois for anyone looking for a new or late model vehicle. The drive was well worth it for us and I am very glad that we went there.

Dropped off 5/11 Told Dave hose was leaking, power steering didn't work 5/13 at end of day , 430, Dave answered saying he had my number down wrong, He stated we have to change the power steering pump, it's shot, and the back brakes need rotors. quote was $774 he didn't know when he could get it done tomorrow was booked and Friday wasn't looking good said it would be done by the beginning of next week. 5 more days, Wed 5-20, almost EOD, 3pm, I called again, Jason answered, "just wanted to get an update on my van", he stated it would be done by end of today, I said ok cool so it will be and he said yeah I had a couple give me trouble but I should have it done by end of day or tomorrow, I said, well is it today end of today or tomorrow because if it's going to keep going I need to figure something out. He immediately raised his voice and began to yell, well I can't help it, we got to work it in, you can just come get it and hung up. Then when I asked you to cal Dad called, it was the same answers. 5-21-2026 Called EOD 430pm, told again be tomorrow. 5-22-2026 2pm, van was done. Informed the total was 1000 to avoid confrontation, asked dad to ask why 200 more, before I could even finish, Jason spoke up said because we had to replace the hose too, I said no that was in the first estimate I told Dave it needed that he added a pump and rotors to the hose and pads. Again being rude and unprofessional, said well we didn't know it needed until we took off, rather than repeat myself n argue with ignorance, I walked out n let my dad finish up the transaction. As me n my fiancee got in our vehicle, we noticed our trash had been gotten into by either a wild animal, their pet shop cat, was holes made in the bag n trash and crumbs scattered, picture enclosed.

The service guy was very friendly and business like. He found a small nail on the tire's sidewall. Most places would just sell you a new tire but he offered to see if he could repair the tire. He did repair the leak and save me $$$$. Took only an hour to repair, rotate and balance the tires. Very professional service. The waiting room is clean and inviting with no nasty smell or trash stacked around. Good place to go for tire repair and tire prices.
