Jeff Blain assisted us and was very personable, very helpful and worked with me to get me into the 2015 Patriot that I liked. I visited several dealerships before I made the trip to Virden, and I have to say it was worth it! As a single female many times you pull up to a dealership and you practically have to beg a sales person to wait on you. At Freedom I worked with Kyle and he answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the features on the car that I wanted, which included good gas mileage. He even brought the owner Ray out to meet me. I feel I got a great deal on my 2017 Jeep and I love that if I need service they will provide a loaner car or come pick it up even though I live in Springfield. This is a 5-Star place. Please consider checking FREEDOM in Virden. It is only a short drive to Virden, and if you're there early enough you can eat lunch at DiCarlos Pizza or stop by Mick and Mary's in Thayer for dinner. I received a quote from a Dodge dealer in Springfield on a new Dodge Journey and the trade of my car. I then drove to Freedom Chevy/Dodge in Virden. I met with Jason in the showroom. I asked for their quote. The Journey in both dealerships had the same sticker price with the same options. Freedom and Jason came in over $4000.00 cheaper than the Springfield location.
