Amazing service! We have a flea problem that has taken hold of the front yard. They were able to come out within a couple days, even with having to push it back a day due to them running behind (because they take so much extra care with each job!). We were having major spider problems in our backyard so we called CSI on the recommendation of a friend. Since they first sprayed outside, I haven't seen one since. We were still seeing some bugs in the house after 2 outdoor treatments, so I called. Customer service is excellent when you call the office. They had me speak to a technician (Alec) who came up with an indoor plan I was comfortable with while pregnant - an organic spray at no extra charge since we're on their service plan, and they coordinated it when I was going to be out of the house for a few days. No more bugs in the house. I would definitely recommend CSI! read more

It all began when we started to smell something weird in our restroom. The smell got so bad that we realized it smelled like a dead animal!! We checked all around the restroom and under the sink thinking that there might have been a dead mouse caught under the sink. After the restroom was thoroughly cleaned the smell would not go away and kept getting worse. This is when we figured that an animal must have gotten under the house and died down there :( it sounds so gruesome but our home is above the ground and there is a entry way to the crawl space in one of our closets. I kept Googling pest control businesses and some would not offer dead animal removal services, others would but would NOT be willing to go into a crawl space. Then I called CSI Exterminators. Kimberly the receptionist was so nice and understanding and I was so happy when she said they would be willing to go into a crawl space and that it did not matter that we were out in Firebaugh!!!! I am so glad I called! Dave arrived on time the next day because you have to keep in mind that it is by appt only. Dave arrived, did the job, and the smell went away completely! We had a pretty bad bed bug problem. The staff at CSI were very courteous and professional, from the office staff to the crew that came to our house to start the Thermal Remediation. This was done on Friday and so far we have not seen a bug and we have not seen any bites. I do have a dog coming out this afternoon to ensure the issue is completely removed, however I am pretty confident the issue has been resolved. The staff was so friendly we will be moving our monthly treatments for pest control to CSI. read more
