He went above and beyond to explain various situations and address any concerns we had. I'm sure Jonathan sees his fair share of not great (disgusting) things but he is not bothered by it (or at least doesn't show it) and is just helpful with a positive attitude. He also gave us great advice about the trees we have around our house, and the bugs they carry.
