On this particular test, I supposedly scored a 5.9 in lab. This is a drop of 2.3. That means, if I were to believe what Immunotek told me, these induction machines are only 40-50 percent accurate... a coin toss. I didn't say a word. The second time I was prepared. I went to donate before a blood test for impending surgery. I was told I again failed with a 5.9... the doctor requesting the test told me I was fine. I drove to Octapharma and donated the same day. Interestingly, my two deferrals with Immunotek occurred after bad sticks on bonus days. I have since heard this same story over and over. I am not anti-Immunotek... just the one in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Yeah the scale says I weigh 398 their scale says I weigh 406. How the hell did I gain that much weight in a 6 mile car ride for all I was a little bit of location is very judgmental. While reaching for the gauze she pulled my arm causing massive bleeding and swelling. Just look at the pics and think twice about going there. Try CSL instead. Everything that was ever on that floor went onto my bleeding arm. Manager said we are sorry and will train the staff better. Really you think that is enough?

I have been giving plasma for the past five years but have recently stopped…read more Most of the staff that would be on the floor are no longer there and the staff (most) that are there are very inexperienced, they also are always short of staff when checking in as well. Staff needs more training on how to insert the needle, (they blame your arm/veins, instead of their lack of knowledge, without proper insertion it can be very painful, and you are left with a bruised arm, I have had to wait weeks before I am allowed to give again. You want to give plasma and get out, especially after working a long day yourself. In the past I have referred several people, and they have said the same thing, lack of experience and when you complain to the Office Manager, from what I see, nothing positive is being done about it, I will not give to this location again.

This is a two person team and they do everything from greeting to the actual blood collection. I've been donating at this location for 1-2 years. While sitting in my car ready to leave Dr Elliot Warren came to ask me to return to clinic. After several treatments, Dr Elliot asked if I would return that afternoon for X-rays . My husband drove me & after X-ray Dr told me I had pneumonia. Dr literally saved me from getting worse & ending up in hospital. Will forever be grateful to Dr Elliot Warren ! As a first time visitor to this location, I had a few questions, but her responses were short, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. At one point, I overheard her complaining under her breath that customers kept coming in whenever she was trying to take a break. That comment, combined with her overall demeanor, made me feel unwelcome. She also spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though she were addressing a child rather than a customer. Customer service sets the tone for any business, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect.
