I would not recommend this location based on my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with eye rolling and an unfriendly attitude from the receptionist. As a first time visitor to this location, I had a few questions, but her responses were short, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. At one point, I overheard her complaining under her breath that customers kept coming in whenever she was trying to take a break. That comment, combined with her overall demeanor, made me feel unwelcome. She also spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though she were addressing a child rather than a customer. Customer service sets the tone for any business, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers are treated with more professionalism and respect. read more

I called for Covid and flu test which they said they had in stock. I filled out a online form to register. I gave them all my information I got into the first exam room and the PA said it was $60 for the rapid test. The test they sent out for would be free, but it took 3 to 5 days which doesn't do me any good. I went to a different urgent care, but they were out of stock but two weeks ago when I went there, they did not charge me for the rapid test at all. I walked out quite disappointed. This office charged me $160 co-pay. My co-pay should've been $50. When I got my EOB, my insurance company called them to have them return the $110. They stated I signed a form which means they will only return it with credit. Do not sign the form that states there are no refunds when you walk into this office. Went in feeling like I had the flu, busy day there so after an hour decided to go home. Told receptionist who was very nice. While sitting in my car ready to leave Dr Elliot Warren came to ask me to return to clinic. After several treatments, Dr Elliot asked if I would return that afternoon for X-rays . My husband drove me & after X-ray Dr told me I had pneumonia. Dr literally saved me from getting worse & ending up in hospital. Will forever be grateful to Dr Elliot Warren ! Front desk issue. I took my 84 year old mom on a Saturday, they diagnosed her with bronchitis without taking a chest X-ray. Two days later she became much worse. We went back and they did an X-ray and the results were that she had bilateral pneumonia. So new meds and breathing treatments were needed. We had to return the next day for a breathing treatment. We signed in and Elaina said have a seat. After we saw 3 people in the waiting room get called in before us, we asked her if we were next. She said that she called my mom's name. There were only a few people in the waiting room, no one heard Moms name called. Why couldn't she look out in the room to see if my mom heard her? It's a very small place. She was discourteous to us and lacks the customer service skills that are needed for this position. The sign on the wall in the waiting room is all about Dr. G's compassionate customer service. I have severe chorns attacks so every other 3 to 4 weeks,I need treatment for severe pain, since I work long hours, I need something to stop the horrible symptons from the chrons, so its very convinient to got to Dr.G's Urgeny care in Lake Worth Beach, I been going there since their open their doors in 2018, to get treated so I can go back to work,as a rule they were very professional and totally helpfull, but something start changing over eight months ago, specially March 05,2026 around 1:00 PM, some patients start leaving the office complianing that they sat in the waiting room for two hours and they were not even checck in, yestarday receptionist was very busy testing here friends, and checking videous maybe from youtube or something similar, took my debit card charge it and I keep waiting for her to provide the receipt, after she finished texting who ever, keep checking the video, so I asked are you still busy ther, can I get my receipt? , eventually I did, I went to a room, waited more than 45 minutes, with no Doctor service, and with body tempeture raising as well as the nauseas, when I asked what was the holdup, the busy receptionist said we have other people ahead of you, we get to you when we have the time.I asked her they usually they need to take care the cases that emergency first, she replied well that is not the way it work, I left and asked for a refund,I only got an smirk, so I went to a real hospital. I will never going back , and since this is the second time with no service and terrible patient care, I will ask the bank to refund my money. Dr G's saved my life and sanity. The emergency room prescribed me visteral (basically benadryl) for crippling... and I mean CRIPPLING panic disorder... I stumbled into Dr. G's, and they gave me an IV and a prescription for SERIOUS medicine. I didn't feel judged, or treated like a junkie... they saw I had a serious problem and treated it. It bought me enough time to make my next appointment with my psychiatrist, who continued the prescription, and bought me enough time to find myself a therapeutic, residential, treatment center. Ashley, the medical assistant, was so caring, supportive and positive! She did everything she could to help me feel comfortable, safe and calm. Don't have enough wonderful things to say about her! And Garrett the PA was awesome. He was kind, patient, caring and REALLY knew his stuff. He listened to all my fears and reassured me that I was going to be fine, but also gave/told me everything I needed to have/know just in case things got worse. I was in and out of there in 30mins, fears eliminated and a plan to tackle the issue quickly & easily. My family has used this facility several times, throughout the past 2 years. We have always experienced excellent service from the front desk to each practitioner. Do we have long waits, maybe the first time, when didn't schedule an appt at the kiosk, but other than than. My experience has been just like every private practice I've been too-only better. I've never felt undermined, rushed, or pushed prescriptions. It's disappointing to read any negative experience because we couldn't disagree more. I will say the only frustration we have experienced is of other patients who either have no common sense or are filled with entitlement-and expect to be first because they say so. Run do not walk, RUN! I have been a patient here a few times and feel compelled to share my horrible experience in hopes of helping even just one person. To start, you are met with an extreme wait time and every single response you get is "We are overwhelmed" "we are really busy" "We are short staffed." Even when you are brought into a little room, the nurse practitioners have such a horrible attitude (yes I have seen multiple) that you are left to feel that you are inconveniencing them by being sick. The medical director, Mylissa Graber, belongs in prison. She is the most heartless, crude, abrasive individual I have ever met. It is evident she is not concerned about you as an individual and only reporting numbers and taking your money. You will also leave more sick than you arrived. I have sat in their waiting room for upwards of 4 hours and never once did I see anyone disinfecting the shared equipment. Mylissa Graber point blank told me my medication was not important, and I should not allow it to control my life. If you think I am exaggerating, I am sad to say that I am not, this is truly the "care" you get. As a medical office serving its community, Dr. G's needs to do better or be shut down. My minor child was brought for a school physical today. The nurse practitioner asked per industry guidelines if she ever had shortness of breath to which she replied sometimes. She plays basketball ball, track, and volleyball and yes as she is running up and down court she gets winded. The medical provider wrote her a prescription for an asthma inhaler against my wishes and stated on the school physical report that my child cannot play unless she has the asthma inhaler. Zero tests were done to see whether in fact she had asthma or not. My child has never told myself or her mother that she had shortness of breath or any issues at all. I will not let me child take an asthma medicine if she does not have asthma. I called the facility with my concerns after we left because my daughter was very distraught when we were in the facility. They refused to retract the requirement for her to have an inhaler. I will be taking my child to a pulmonologist to have testing performed to determine whether or not an inhaler is the correct course of action. I am my child's legal guardian and the facility refused to honor my wishes. You have to pay for services before anything is done or else I would not have paid them. They also did an EKG in the office with a machine that was not functioning correctly and it took 4 employees to try to get the machine to function correctly. None of them were able to get an accurate test result for the EKG, but they said I guess it's fine even though the machine would not print out an accurate report. There was also an extra charge for the EKG on a machine that was not functioning correctly. Do not go to this place if you truly care about your health. I will be filing an official complaint about the unprofessional service and actions we encountered today. If I could rate them a zero I would. On the school physical it states that my child cannot participate in athletic activities unless she has the inhaler. Brought my girlfriend here. They kept her forever, pumped her full of fluids after messing up on the iv a few times and an air bubble getting into her veins. At the end they tried to give her SIX prescriptions and one was for covid which she was just cleared for, we didn't buy them and they sent us on our way. She went to the hospital the next day and ended up there for 5 days, they said if she had taken everything they wanted it would have damaged her so much more. My husband and I went for a simple covid-19 test. We e Were told if we wated the rapid test Medicare wouldn't pay, and it would cost us $200. We opted for the regular testand were told we would be seen in a few minutes. After waiting almost an hour we were directed to someone who recorded our height & weight. Today I suffered a very serious and extremely painful iFromnjury. Possibly a broken, or disconn ofected shoulder. I had no friends or family to take me to a hospital so I walked in excruciating pain to the closest medical help facility. Thankfully it was Dr. Gs. Entering in so much pain I could barely fill out the neccisary entry forms. The staff was AMAZING. the receptionist who was extremely helpful,caring, and assisted me all along the entry process, to the medical professionals who treated me with a true care and kindness that is necessary when your in so much pain. This place is horrible !! I went there because I had chronic ankle pain which is believed to be a problem. When I went in there it was 7:30 the doctor finally seen me an 9pm . I told her the problem and she goes you wait until this time to be seen . Okay strike one . Well then I told her I wanted to be cleared to work out . And she tells me I shouldn't work out . Then she says I can do an X-RAY for you but that might not show anything , but she's going to do it because that's what I want . The whole point of me going to the doctor is to see what was wrong for the doctor to check me . I was so upset , tearing up because this lady could care less . So I told the other guys who's at his desk I'm leaving it's getting late . He told me he was coming but still on his laptop and the facility is closed at this point .
