I have been impressed with the efficiency and care of the service and the selection of drinks and snacks available. I don't want to sound petty about a different blood bank that literally offered day-old bagels. I mean...it's not like I go there specifically to get a snack but it's important. I just gave my blood, it's not easy. There are other reasons that I have now switched to Nebraska Community Blood Bank (mainly that Red Cross seemed like they were always trying to hard-sell me on doing Double Reds). So far so good.

They were very easy to schedule with and the person was very helpful and friendly to answer my billing and insurance questions. My appointment was very quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I hope I don't have to come very often but I'm thankful for such an easy place to get this done at.

Arrived early for my appt and everyone was polite and professional. It only took about 30 min and i was back on my way. If you are interested, i suggest downloading the app and registering that way. I have paid for service for years to be treated poorly by Maria, just to see Kelly Hoover. I am no longer willing to be treated badly because her job is hard. My job is hard too! But I do it, and the people who are nice to me actually matter-to Maria, everyone is the same. I'm not a drug addict, I don't have bipolar disorder-very different, highly unstable disorders-I have depression that I deal with and manage well. But I'm treated like I don't matter everytime I go to this facility-by Maria. I have earned the right to be treated well. I've never said a word about her behavior until now. I pay too much to see Kelly to deal with this.

Worst scheduling process of any medical office I've been to. Tried calling to make an appointment…read morefor my aunt when they opened at 8:30. On hold for almost 10 minutes without anyone picking up. Ok, they had just opened and were maybe getting lots of calls. Tried calling about an hour and a half later, got a message that someone would pick up in approximately 16 minutes. Never did. When you call there are lots of options. I chose 2 which was to make an appointment or talk to the receptionist. Then I had to chose 1 if it was regarding an appointment already scheduled or 2 if it was for a new patient. No option to select make an appointment for an established patient. Selected 1, no one picked up, disconnected me after about 8 minutes. Then I tried 2, even though my aunt is not a new patient. On hold for over 10 minutes, then someone finally picked up only to tell me I called the wrong line, which I get because I was just trying to get a hold of anyone. Sounded like he was in a call center in another country, had a hard time understanding what he was telling me. Put me on hold to try and connect me to the correct line. He couldn't get a hold of anyone either, so told me he left my number for someone to call me back. No call back after waiting 3 hours, so I tried calling again. Of course I couldn't get through, so I left a message with my phone number. I've just never had this much trouble getting a hold of a doctor's office when originally trying to call first thing in the morning. It's now almost 4:30 and they'll be closing soon. There may be great doctors, but if you can't get ahold of anyone to make an appointment what's the point. I was being persistent because an ER doctor said to get my aunt in as soon as possible.

I spent a week in and out of St. Joseph Villa while my grandma was there in hospice. My family and…read moreI spent from morning till night here so I was able to see a lot while here. The staff was really nice, supportive, comforting and helpful. They treated my grandparents really well and made my family feel welcome. They would bring us carts of beverages and snacks and they let my mom and aunt stay overnight with my grandma. The staff really seemed like they genuinely cared about us and helped make my grandma as comfortable as possible. They have an ice cream parlor and they allowed my whole family to get ice cream. And we all played bingo in the dining area with my grandpa. There is a sheet they hand out daily listing all the different activities and meals for the day. They have movie nights, bingo, singers, nail salon days and other things to do. There's also a barber shop where my grandpa was able to get his haircut. Overall, I was really impressed with all the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The only thing I'd say that I can see needs an improvement are the rooms. They could use a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, shower tiles, little things like that. And we had trouble with the power on my grandmas bed, with being able to move it up and down. But I think this facility has what matters most, great caregivers, and I appreciate everyone for showing us all care and compassion during such a hard time.
