Not sure if she's doing it on purpose or what but it's very frustrating. Once you get passed vitals you have to wait for your name to be called which is about 30-50 min due to employees playing around . Once plugged in and done it may take up to 30 min just to get disconnected from machine . My last time donating it took me 3 hours . How on earth thins place still working is beside me . Where are the supervisors ???

Yesterday was my first donation with them, and the first time I saw a trail of blood dripping down my arm within the first five minutes of the donation process. Another lan technician came by to switch the needle from the left arm to the right, could not find the vein the previous technician found, and my donation was ended immediately without blood being returned. No accountability, either...they just talked to me like it was MY fault while the other techs have zero customer service skills or professionalism; they were shouting at me from across the room and loudly talking amongst themselves about break time and weekend plans. I will not go back.

The male "manager" with long brown hair is a distasteful person with little to no patient or customer service skills, the head phlebotomist (light skinned balled guy with glasses) I believe he needs some training as well. I could name more employees but those 2 specifically were the guys I spoke to on my last visit who were very rude and disingenuous employees. Also they will damage your body, or veins to no accountability.

I went from my 125 to 50 dollars as some who budgets this really hurt me. I tried to explain this wasted a hour of my time on hold and was not given consideration. They don't actually care about their donors trust me I learned the hard way employee John told me order directly from manager Alexis. Listen they made a mistake and they told me we don't value or care about our donors by their actions .

I think they are only allowed 6 donors per phlebotomist so 3 on the floor can only equal 18 donors at a time. And you wait and wait and wait and wait. Make sure your stomach is full before arrival because 2-2.75 hours will pass until your finally done. Bring a hard candy to suck on.
