Do not go there the staff is unfit. They are lazy. The staff will lie to you and tell you that you get a bonus on your second donation and then when u ask them why you never received the bonus they tell you " oh I'm sorry we don't give you the bonus our corporate does" and they claim you have to wait 24 to 48 hours aka wait a few days to try and make you forget. And then this sorry excuse for a place of business is wondering how to get more people to try and waste their time and plasma for $30 read more

Most of the time I've had good experiences here with the exception of of today. I sat with a needle in my arm for 26 minutes after I was done waiting to get unhooked. I give you two stars because some of your staff are nice. I give you two stars because others treat you like cattle. They herd you ever so slowly through a long line. Two hours later you are finally brought to a bed only to wait a half hour more and totally ignored. They care so little about your time and give no indications of how much longer you will wait. After two and a half hours I figured that was enough and walked out. Maybe someone else needs my plasma more. Not this place. Anyway, if you are really hurting for money this place pays less than $15 an hour for your plasma. Might be better off being an Uber driver. I figure I am worth more than this chump change. Recommendation: hire more staff or follow the Chick Fil A model. read more

The people at CSL Plasma on Babcock Street are phenomenal! My problem is because of the referral process. I have referred three people successfully. My fourth referral was this week. This is her fifth time donating, therefore I should receive my referral fee today. Apparently they do not want to pay the referral fee, because the person I referred did not download I I give rewards app within seven days of her first donation. No one said that she was supposed to do this. Also, she had problems with her second donation so she wasn't able to donate her second time with him first week. That's why she did not download the igive. I refuse to refer one more person now. I had two people lined up to donate next week for their first time, and now I'm not bringing them. If they can't hold up their end of the deal by paying when you refer someone then what is the point of referring someone? read more

This place is a complete joke! One person doing vitals, no one at the desk to help. There was an issue with their equipment with the interview questions and I had to wait for over an hr just to get that help. Not to even mention the seemingly countless standing in line. I was a donor for two years at this center and have watched it go from amazing to extremely bad. Most of the employees are rude. The wait time and standing on endless lines for hours is ridiculous. Employees openly bad mouth other employees. Most the machines are broken and didn't look like they would never be repaired. I was there one day and needed to ask a manager on the donor floor if she would please post my bonus payment, but had to wait for her to finish the game she was playing on her phone before she'd even acknowledge I was there. Then she checked her texts. Then she finally posted my payment. On the screening floor, I've had one woman who is so slow...to the point where I would swear she was being slow on purpose....stretching, complaining and not caring one bit about her job or the donors, who are the sole reason to why she has a job. I would cringe every time I got stuck with this woman doing my screening Half of the techs on the floor were ok, a couple of them were very nice and then there were the ones who would literally jab that needle in like they were tending to a horse....no, a bull. Then rip that needle and all the tubes back out like they were pissed off at the world. For the past six months I've switched to Biomat USA and couldn't be happier. The pay is basically the same. The staff is amazing. There is never more than a few minutes wait time and even then, with their nicely decorated lounge and TVs it goes by so fast. Donor chairs are comfortable, TVs on the donor floor make the time go by fast and there is even an outlet on the donation chair to plug a heating pad in, if you're like me and tend to freeze. My best advice is stay far away from CSL and switch to Biomat. I've seen tons of people switch over. Everyone shares the same complaints as mine and they all are so much happier at Biomat read more

I arrived at their office at about 9:45 am. There wasn't anyone in front to explain the process of how to check in and go through the screening process. After viewing their video twice due to not having a headset, I then went back to screening and sat there about 1 1/2 hours with no one to do the screening process. After that I progressed to the nurse for my physical. Luckily she happened to be in her office since she said she was splitting her time between 2 desk. Then she led me to the donation floor. I sit down and 3 employees took turns trying to find my veins. They determined they wouldn't be able to successfully stick the needle in my vein and het a donation from me. They said they were deferring me due to my veins and thought they were doing me a favor by giving me an inconvenience deposit to my card of $25 after wasting 3 1/2 hours of my time at their facility. They made it very clear that their was an issue with my donation and made me the center of attention of all other donors. They made it clear they weren't going above and beyond to get a donation from me and the one lady said she didn't mind being the bad guy when she told me they couldn't take my donation. Basically if you don't mind wasting your time then go to this company to donate. If you value your time, then find another company. read more

I am a donor at this location and have always had a great experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in their designated fields. There is one technician in the back who is rude, mostly to the newer staff members, however, everyone else is always pleasant and accommodating. Additionally, being a woman who was RH negative during pregnancy donating plasma is especially dear to my heart. My newborns all had to the shots that are only one of the many life-saving medications that are made through the donation of plasma. Furthermore, you get actually cash incentives. It's a win-win. I've been donating at this center for a year and a half.... I was reading from another donor, I watched this place go from amazing too horrible!!!!! I absolutely agree!!!! I was verbally attacked by another donor While waiting to be checked in. I was there at least 30 minutes, there was staff members standing around doing nothing & one staff member checking in... why did they not see what was happening...but when I screamed at the man to please leave me alone... everyone turned around.... He was screaming racial slurs at me... When staff members turned around to see what was happening... They went to him first instead of me... Obviously he's going to say I was the one but it wasn't... Breaks my heart away that I was treated... Time has passed. And makes me realize that No one should ever be treated the way that I was treated.. May God forgive them read more
