It was my first time here and my first time donating plasma in general. I was so nervous and completely ignorant of the process. When I tell you ever single person I encountered were so kind. They made me feel safe. The only down fall is the wait time but honestly you can tell they are doing the best they can and I appreciate that.

I have donated here about 6 times and everything had been great. staff is friendly and always usually in a good mood, wait can be crazy sometimes. This last time i donated on thursday though they messed up putting my needle in, got saline infiltration and now i have a crazy hematoma, so i'm not going back here again.

I've donated regularly here for awhile now and at ALL TIMES I've been treated with dignity and upmost respect. The wait is not nearly as bad as I was led to believe and the staff is always polite. If you have the time and desire to donate....stop in here!!!!

I hope staffing or scheduling can be improved so donors don't have to wait so long even though they probably won't. No one checked on the donors, and the overall pace was very slow. I understand busy days happen, but improving efficiency would help reduce wait times, coming out to explain to the donors what's going on or even apologizing for the inconvenient wait time would be helpful, moving with a sense of urgency would be ideal ! 40 minute wait time is completely unacceptable and need to do better. Managers should take the initiative and lead by example of sticking donors or even help dissembling the machines to make the process faster instead of standing there doing nothing. Just a suggestion, maybe have a screening station specially just for the fast past donors who waited a year to even redeem the fast pass instead of sharing back and fourth in line who goes first or getting skipped , just a suggestion. Hopefully my few tips and requests can improve fast service at this Octapharma location Thank you and you're welcome, overall 7/10 establishment.

The employees were like zombies and the person who did my intake was beyond rude. At one point she asked me if something was wrong and I said "I'd ask you the same question." She said "Im just being stern with you." I was chuckling over the whole experience and said "I've been donating for decades and never has anyone been stern with me. They're usually happy you're here donating." Then in the end, they took whole blood when they were supposed to be doing a double red donation on me. I'm O neg and have been giving blood for decades but have never experienced anything quite like that. I feel bad for the employees, as they all likely have mold poisoning and it's effecting their mood and cognitive abilities.
