Two weeks ago I got pulled over for having ( unaware) blue fog lights!!! 220 dollars ticket! They sold me this !!!! Guess what I'm doing on this Sunday morning? Due to my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After my vehicle stalled on Washington Road due to an auto start/stop failure, I brought it to the dealership. Despite my prior research identifying a specific recall and extended warranty issue (23-009) related to my Honda Pilot, the service department failed to address it. They performed two service bulletins (23-008 and 23-010) but ignored the warranty extension. This oversight led to a dangerous situation while I was traveling on I-95, where my vehicle stalled in traffic and failed to restart. Upon returning to the dealership, the staff refused to acknowledge their failure to complete the necessary service bulletins or address the rear suspension recall. Furthermore, the Service Manager, Colby, was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. The dealership subsequently attempted to charge me $1,900 for a starter replacement that is directly covered under the recall and extended warranty.
