Pablo was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and give me a more than reasonable quote. He was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I dropped my laptop off and got a call within the hour. Maybe even sooner! Upon arrival, he turned my computer on to show me that it was fixed. Worked like a charm! My experience there was so good that in bringing in another MacBook and iPad to get fixed.
