They repeatedly order the wrong parts, which constantly sets me back in my business. On top of that, they lose my parts -- including my computer charger cable -- every single time. This is not a one-off mistake. It's a pattern. I run a business and need my computer working. Every delay they cause means I fall behind and miss opportunities. The warranty situation is even worse. I had a screen repaired, then needed a motherboard repair less than a year later. After that, the screen stopped working again. They immediately claimed it wasn't covered under warranty and tried to classify it as an "accident" so they wouldn't have to stand behind their own work. They do everything they can to weasel out of covering repairs. When you try to get answers on the phone, they are completely disrespectful. They talk down to you, berate you, and refuse to clearly explain what is actually covered under their warranty. It gets worse: the owner grabbed the phone out of his employee's hand and started yelling at me, calling me a child because I wouldn't just accept their scam warranty policies without question. And if you think the bad service ends when you leave the shop, think again. The owner goes on every review platform and leaves sarcastic, dismissive replies to every single one-star review. Instead of taking responsibility or fixing the problems, he mocks customers who speak up. It's the same arrogant attitude he shows on the phone, just written out for everyone to see. This is not a professional repair shop. This is a place that loses your property, delays your ability to work, ducks responsibility, and then insults you when you push back -- both in person and online. The owner's behavior alone should be enough to keep anyone away. Do yourself a favor and take your devices somewhere else. RAS Electronics and its owner have zero respect for their customers.

I have previously had good experiences with UbreakiFix franchise locations, but my recent experience at this new location I tried has left my phone damaged beyond repair and cost me $250. I dropped off my phone to have a cracked screen fixed on my birthday. I noted that the two employees working did not speak English or Spanish fluently, making communication difficult, but I assumed it was a standard repair. Two weeks later, the screen began flickering, and I noticed the bottom external screws were not fully installed. I could not answer my phone or see the new screen they supposedly put in, I returned to the store, and the staff in very broken Endlish informed me the issue was now the battery and offered to replace it-so I agreed - Afterall this is supposed to be a great repair service brand. However, I later discovered they did not replace the battery. When I took my phone to another repair company, they discovered that three internal screws were missing entirely and my battery had been pried lose and not replaced,. I did not do this. Only this location of this franchise did, I gave this location two opportunities to properly repair my phone and communicate clearly, but both attempts failed. Furthermore, during my visits, I witnessed multiple other customers complaining in both English and Spanish about faulty repairs. I myself have not been able to conduct my work and it is affecting my job. Given that my phone is now permanently damaged due to the poor workmanship at this location and false information about work performed, I want to request a full refund of the $250 I paid. However, The staff can't communicate in English or Spanish the two languages I speak -- so it makes it impossible to request from them directly. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered.
