Not good. I went for a pedicure and ended up choosing gel cuz the man said it would last longer. I've never had a gel pedi so I went for it. I was charged $30 for a gel pedi that is peeling off on its third day. Usually I walk out of salons that don't look neat, organized, clean, well taken care of, and/or that doesn't provide a relaxing type of environment but I really was in need of a pedi so I stuck it out only to be full of regret. read more

I just stopped by on the way to work for a gel manicure based off yelp. I walked in and was immediately overwhelmed with the heat, there was no air running and while it wasn't a particularly hot day and they had the door open it was still a little uncomfortable. The tv was on a Chinese power ranger type show but I don't like watching tv at the salon anyways so I could care less. There was one person and two workers. One of the workers left her to get my manicure started which was nice since the waiting chairs need some updating. I didn't like how the gel selections were only on laminated paper...I've always seen them painted on nails to see the full effect. I didn't have any prior gel on so he cut them down but didn't ask how I liked them shaped before he stayed filing (this happens a lot though since I like them rounded but not pointy and I guess that isn't the norm). He stopped when the first lady was done with her pedicure and started doing her nails (understandable since she was there first but still a little surprising). The lady then came to paint my nails although I'm not quite sure he had done a full "manicure" first. Oh well. She did an ok job, color is still a little on my skin and a little grainy towards the tips (shimmer gel) but hey it happens and they were using an older uv thing and apparently sharing it. The brief hand massage was nice though. I was really surprised when it was $25 when I had already had the gel taken off somewhere else, didn't get any designs and the manicure was only ok but whatever, they look ok and I was in and out fairly quickly (although the girl who came in behind me wouldn't day the same) so as long as they last that's fine. All in all, I probably will not go here again although it's not really in a usual area for me anyways BUT I'm not saying is the worst place ever and to stay away; it was ok. They could really use with some updated waiting area furniture and run the AC. read more

My original place was closed so I have to do is fall upon this place and thought that I would try it but after just having my nails done on Monday and today is Wednesday My nails are almost completely gone and they're supposed to be gel I do not recommend this place to absolutely nobody save your money I paid $30 for the set more than I pay them original place and originally my gel nails stays on for at least three weeks. read more

I have been here a few times for both a mani and a pedi. Everyone does a great job here, my nails always come out super clean and perfectly polished. I have Snow do a callus remover on my feet to make them ultra soft. Once I brought my 6 year old in to get her nails polished and they did the cutest flowers on her little nails at no extra cost. CT nails is right next to Don Chente on Mt. Vernon in San Bernardino, I would think they stay busy with the college near by. Give them a try! read more

My friend paid $25 for her gel manicure and it peeled literally 2 minutes after we left. Also, they didn't even take off her previous polish all the way before adding the new one, so you could still see it on the edges. Sad life. Also, they use really cheap regular polish, LA colors. read more

My mom and I used to go to this salon all the time (about 4 years ago). One day we went to another salon and found that not only we were getting shit service, but we were being over charged for something that was at best, mediocre. Today (02/2/2018), we came in because our favorite nail spot was closed today. We came here, taking a chance, and have never been so disappointed. They lady, Snow, didnt listen to our color choices, didnt use the picture we showed her as reference, and was visibly upset when we asked her twice to change our nails to what we had asked for. The prices here are reasonable however I question the quality of the products they use. I have gotten gel nails here and paid 5 dollars more than other salons in the area only to chip within a week. I decided to try their acrylics, just plain wite tip with gel I wasn't really paying attention when I got them done but when I got home I noticed that they skipped applying the pink color which gives the French manicure its signature. It's only been a week and they look shabby they are even starting to crack on the sides.. I probably will not be returning unless it's an emergency. CT Nails is the best Place to go for pedicures. Victor and Snow are the sweetest people and really take care of their clients. Snow spends about 45 minutes on my feet, she never rushes or makes me feel rushed. I just recently started getting my brows waxed as well and they do an amazing job. If you're looking for some spectacular salon, this is not it. I needed a quick polish change on my toes and a quick mani. I wasn't charged to have my gel removed so that was nice. Polish colors are limited, but I was able to find something I liked after not liking the first color I chose. My mani was quite basic. My cuticles weren't even touched. Everything that was done here I could've did at home. Cleanliness is fair and service is fair. The good thing is that the employees were very friendly. That's always a plus! If you're looking for a five star nail salon, this is not it. If you need something quick, this place will do. read more

I went to CT Nails to get a gel manicure. They removed my acrylics with some trouble but none the less they got them off. THE REASON FOR THE ONE STAR is because my gel manicure didn't even last a day. I had them done Monday and the paint of 3 fingers literally came off the next morning... And since they were closed Tuesday I had to wait until Wednesday... So I went Wednesday, and they did repaint without question, which I appreciated. But unfortunately they kept coming off one by one... It is Friday and they all peeled off on their own :( a complete waste of $35. read more
