I paid to get my Gel-X nails removed. The old Chinese lady tried ripping them off until I asked what she was doing? She went to go get someone else, that lady said "oh it's bc sometimes we just pop them off" I told her "I could do that myself at home, I came here to get them properly removed to not damage my nails" so then she filed the gel off many times and made me soak my nails in acetone. However, she must have over filed my nails off bc ever since my nails became brittle, dry, and have been breaking. It makes me not wanna come back to this location after this experience bc not everyone working here is careful with your nails, only some ladies take good care of you. When they saw she was wiling to wait and not in a rush they called her and stated someone was "scared of her" . She was confused but did not argue jnstead left immediately feeling sad and confused. The lady was about to start grinding my nails thinking I had gel and then notices I didn't . Then she started working on my left toe nail and really poked and poked until it started to bleed. I was truly hoping that this would be a great place. I should have ran from the beginning. I still don't know the man that did my nails because he said whatever I wanted to call him. I asked for someone that is good at detail finishing and he said everyone there was excellent. I could use anyone and I would be happy. He ended up doing my nails. He said one thing he does for his customers is put up a piece of paper (I have a picture of this) in front of my face so I couldn't see what he was doing. That way customers could not comment. He had a magnet to secure it to the piece of plastic between us. I asked him twice to remove the paper because I found it uncomfortable and he just ignored me. I have arthritis and my fingers are crooked. I'm 77 years old. I explained to him that ALL manicurists always cut the skin right above the cuticle. He said that would not happen. Then he cut into my skin. I pulled back immediately and he said he did not cut me. He said "see, the end of my metal drill is rounded and could not possible cut you". He could not see the anger in my eyes for this lie because of the piece of paper in front of my face!!! The vibe here was hostile. A little respect, kindness hospitality would go a long way there. Also, he did not do a good job on my nails and ignored my request for smooth detail finishing. Hate it when my nails get caught on my clothing. read more

I went in for acrylic nail removal and toe gel polish removal. I feel like some salons don't want to provide only that service. They could have just said no. They don't soak off because it seems like they're lazy. Which definitely indicates that they don't care about their customers' nail health. The lady kept convincing me to get acrylic because she kept causing physical pain. I told her I wanted to let my breathe. She was super rude, especially the one that removed my toe gel polish, so rude and cold. I feel for them, maybe they don't like their jobs but need to work regardless. The staff is awesome but sassy, mainly the primary owners. Been coming for years (even at their previous location) and still love their work. All the nail techs do nails a little thick on purpose--they don't want your nails to snap or crack fast or easily. They always do what you want, within reason. If you ask for a quote, it's accurate and on the spot but come in certain on your choices. The longer you take/the more you change your mind, they will occasionally rush and not make solid nails. They do acrylics, dip colors, waxing, eyelash extensions, manis, pedis, and more. My only complaint is that if you try to walk-in on most days, you will not get seen quickly. They're closed Sundays so they are almost always swamped on Mondays and sometimes Tuesday mornings. Overall, if you make an appointment and know EXACTLY what you want, you'll have an awesome experience. Try to not go in as a walk-in because I have waited as long as 2 1/2 hours for a 35-minute fill. Like all beauty services, the more you vibe with your stylist/tech, the better your experience. read more

Came in for a color change gel nail and pedicure. Pedicure was basic, the lady didn't clean the side of the toes like I asked (I like the dig in the sides). I changed my gel color which is just goes on top of my regular nail (no acrylic) the lady put krazy glue on my real actual nail tips. Lady said it's so "color last longer".
