I was blown away on how nice everyone was while I was there because nowadays that is hard to find. Yes waxing is painful, but this seemed like the goal was to get me in and out in 10 minutes or less. It seemed like there was no consideration for my comfort. On top of that, I left every waxing with bruises (which can happen if you're not hydrated) but also burns and raw skin patches that took a long time to heal fully. Any complaints I made, I was told to purchase something from their extensive line of pre and post care ointments and products, and that the wax was kept at a regulated temperatures. I just think customer care wasn't prioritized and it wasn't a great experience.
