I got my nails done yesterday 1/22 and I hate them so much that I am going somewhere new today to get them fixed. I asked for dip nails. They put so much dip on that my nails look unnatural and bulky. The color I picked out isn't what is on my nails. While the nail tech was working on my nails I even said that isn't the color and she said it will be when I am done. Just unhappy with the whole experience read more

Update: still agree that the service was great! But my Mani didn't last past a day and a half. The Polish clipped on the second day. Not sure what happened there, it literally looked like cracks on the nail. Ended up Removing the Polish and doing it myself on day 4 because it looks sloppy with all the chips. Pedí still doing well. Not great, but not awful. I've been twice and each time, I was charged an additional $5 and I'm not sure why. I didn't realize until after I left. I didn't get anything additional from the lavender package. I got gel mani pedis and had to remind three times my Cuticles needed to be cut, toes needed fixing because they really weren't careful moving the UV Light. read more

I'll start this by saying my nails generally turn out fine. My issue is with the service. I love that you can book your appointment online on their FB page and that's probably why I patronized this establishment so much. I feel that each time I visit I am being rushed, that my requests are not honored when I tell them my nails are sensitive, and when it does take a while I feel like a nuisance to them. I should not feel that way when I spend my money once or twice monthly on a dip powder manicure and specialized pedicure. I did like that you get the paraffin wax during your treatment when it's often an upcharge. Going to miss that, but will not miss the poor unpredictable service. read more

Me and my mother went to get pedicures. We were rushed, they were rude and that guy that's there talked about my feet. Also I had to go back the next day to get my feet done over because of them rushing. They make you give them a tip. I will not never ever go there again. They most of had a busy day because mothers day weekend and that doesn't give you the right to give sloppy and rude service. Never again. read more

I have gone several times since moving to the area and have recommended them... (maybe a little pricey.) But the other day I was there and they had Spectrum News on the TV. To be fair I was placed directly in front of the TV.... It was loud and obnoxious. I go to be pampered, when I'm thinking of getting my nails done. I asked twice if they would change the channel.... I commented that soft music would be much preferable. After over half an hour...I had a migraine and left without having my nails finished. I paid full price and left a tip. I was sick for the rest of the afternoon and evening .... I gave two stars because they have done a nice job on other visits. After this visit I won't be returning... I'd rather drive a little further than go through that again. read more

I went here for a pedicure on a slow Tuesday afternoon. I was the only person in the store. The tech was rough and rushed through the Pedi. She was in such a hurry, she cut open my toe. She used a dirty towel to wipe down my feet and legs that smelled like dirty feet. They would not accept my visa gift card so I paid in cash . Have her two 20s,she asked to keep the change for a lousy 30.00 Pedi. She's lucky I tipped her anything! Hopefully won't get an infection from the filthy towel. Me and three friends walked in two hours before closing and asked for the most expensive pedicure. With no complaints we got it. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had fantastic customer service. All four of us received great massages with our pedicures and commented that the prices even without the 50% discount were great. I got the milk pedicure and gel nails. Both of the techs I worked with were so sweet and were very thorough in their work. They made sure they produced a great product, and that my friends and I all had a great time. The vibe of the place is great. It's very clean and the music that was playing was relaxing. This fall will make my third year in Rochester and I've struggled to find a good nail salon. One of the things I love about this place is the small business vibe. It is s very welcoming/homey feel to it. I have gotten two pedicures and sip power nails. First, their massage chairs are literally the most amazing things ever. Very comfortable and actually massages you unlike some chain salons. Secondly, both techs I have had did awesome jobs massaging my feet and removing all of the callouses from running. Lastly, I missed her name but thank woman who did my powder nails did a phenomenal job and she gives the most amazing shoulder massages. The only con is it is pricey in my opinion. read more

Amazing experience!! I had a walk in gel manicure, and I have to say that I'm greatly satisfied. The lady was very nice. While you do your nail done, she serves you some tea and snakes, the interior makes you fell like you're being treat like a princess. I have been here for a pedicure a few times and they always do a wonderful job. They include a lot of extras for a fair price which is great. Yesterday I went in for a gel polish manicure and a pedicure. After I got home one of the gel nails peeled completely off, today I went in and they were very apologetic. They not only fixed that nail but redid the entire set. Wonderful service. read more

They were able to get me in on the same day I requested an appointment, and I really appreciate the ability to make appts via Facebook. It was the best manicure and dip full-set I've ever had. My technician was extremely skilled. I usually do my own dip nails but it takes me FOREVER to get them how I want since I'm a perfectionist about my nails lol. The first time I went I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the manicure lasted 5 WEEKS only one finger had a slight chip in the polish by time I went back. I personally have mixed reviews about this salon, but still think they should be scored highly. I've been here twice. The first fime I got a Mani and it was great. My only complaint was the color selection was very limited. The second time I brought my own color and got a Mani and pedi. My pedi was great! It was done by a male nail tech. My Mani however, not so much. The nail tech came over to my chair while I was finishing my pedicure and quickly rushed to remove the polish from my hands. I was a little annoyed that she felt the need to disrupt my relaxing pedicure, especially when the place was pretty empty. She then took me over to her nail station and started roughly clipping my cuticles, and even clipped some skin that wasn't even my cuticle a few times. She was cutting very quickly and deep. At one point I stopped her and tried to explain that she should be gentle and she was cutting too much cuticle but she continued to chop away. Finally another nail tech comes over and I explained to her why I was unhappy. I don't think the girl doing my nails spoke English. The second nail tech started fixing my nails and I asked her to finish the manicure instead of the other girl. She did a good job and apologized for the other girls mistake. I will definitely be back but I don't think I will let the other girl do my nails again read more

My daughter and I stop for what we thought would be a fast pedicure.. we found a hidden gem that just opened up (it's going to be our new go to place) I cannot describe what a great experience we had.. i'm pretty sure we got a celebrity pedicures, hot stones, hot towels, the details to the nails, I have never had a foot massage so amazing, our feet have never looked and felt so relaxed, clean and pampered. I have to admit, out of all the nail salons I've ever been to, this is now my favorite! I was in Rochester visiting family, and my grandmother and I decided to get a pedicure. Her usual place was booked solid so we decided to try somewhere new. They had so many options for the different foot treatments and they were very sweet and accommodating. I have been looking for a good nails spa that will take their time, have good customer service and I was throughly impressed. They have been only open for 2 months so their equipment and things are brand new. Their AC broke down on one of the hottest days and the owner was very apologetic and kept on giving us cold bottles of water and even a popsicle to cool us down. My nail technician Lu-Lu was very thorough and great to chat with. I enjoyed splurging on their milk and honey spa pedicure which came with a complimentary 10 minute chair massage or free eyebrow waxing. The overall atmosphere was just very inviting and the staff felt like family which I liked. I felt pampered, such a treat. Definitely check out this spa, I think I will be a regular. Hope they are here to stay, well worth it! They used an old file and pumice for my mani and pedi, so I have no confidence in the hygiene of the rest of my experience here. I will not be returning. I am so bummed about my experience today. I called this morning and made an appointment for 530pm because there are such good reviews and my normal salon was booked. I explained I had dip on, but wanted either acrylic or dip applied. I got there at 530 after leaving work early to get there, and was told to sit in a seat. 15 minutes passed and I had someone put cotton balls of solution put on my fingers to soak. I then waited a half hour for someone to finally come look at my nails. It was 640 before I got my prior manicure off. This is without any sort of "sorry" or any recognition that I waited an hour with an appointment to even get my prior manicure off. I wound up just getting my nails off, and just paid for that. There was not enough people working to support my appointment, they should have told me that when I arrived. It's one thing to be running late, but it's another to not even apologize for the service. I do hope the business well, but wish they wouldn't accept appointments if they don't have the resources. read more

I should have known when I asked for a full set of acrylics and halfway through, the tech told me it wasn't acrylic, it was gel. It was better for my nails, less drilling and "only $15 more". After 6 months of every 3 week fills for "only $15 more" than acrylic fills, my nails were lifting so I went in and asked to have them soaked off. I'd been paying $15 more for months so my nails would be healthy when I took a break from the gel. The young lady grabbed the drill and started to drill off my nails. I said no, soak off. She said no, drill first. I thought maybe the gel polish needed to be drilled off first then soaked so I let her drill. She drilled my nails down to the quick, caused one to bleed and now my fingertips hurt with any pressure since the layer of nail left is so thin. When I complained and asked why the tech didn't do what I asked, the owner said the tech doesn't understand English. Well, the owner told her what to do to my nails and she speaks English. And I pulled my hands back from her and said No, I wanted them soaked off. The tech was obviously doing what she was told, not what I asked for and she knew it. Never go there! read more

This is an excellent nail salon. I get a UV gel manicure with modest gel extensions done by the owner Sissy (spelling?). She puts *so* much effort into making the nails absolutely perfect, and she is extremely precise and meticulous. The nails look totally natural and do not have the fake, overdone look that a lot of other nail salons end up with. Then you get extras like a massage, bottle of water, and paraffin dip. I went for years without professional manicures, and I do a lot of heavy manual labor working with animals, so my hands were in very rough shape. After several sessions here, my hands and nails are looking great!! It is very clean, and the staff are extremely polite, inviting and really pamper you! Highly recommend!! read more

Came here with great expectations based on the Yelp reviews. I was sadly disappointed. First off they have hardly any regular nail polish. I like my gels nails to match my pedi, which I don't need gel. My 1st off put. Then I asked if they had any matching gels colors with the regular polish and I was given samples. Great! I found the color I wanted. I agreed to the $45 spa pedicure since I had me had a pedi since February, but the young man who did it left my tone nails rough, and barely exerted any effort in my massage or callous removal. Then I'm told oh they didn't have the matching polish so I had to get mismatch color. Then the spa pedicure included hot stone massage...he ran the stones under hot water only so they we not even warm and he barely massages me. Then he did my gel manicure and a few nails are streaky looking. Also I asked for a flower design on my ring finger , which the lead manicure lady came over , didn't even say hello , quickly and sloppy put some lines on my nails and walked away. I asked to remove it since it was so sloppy!! The staff of 4 barely spoke English so others had to keep interpreting. Then I'm shown on a piece of paper that their credit card machine isn't working and I have to go down to the convenience store and pay a fee to take $ cash to them. I really just wanted to get and my car and not pay. For $75 !!! I will never return. read more

Since I can't reply to comments on my first one star review, here's another one. The uv gel nails are NOT 100% supposed to burn. I actually googled this, thank you. The first coat of gel was fine-didnt burn-because the gel layer was super thin. The second coat however was globbed on, and you can actually see that the tip on my first finger is MELTED.
