This has got to be hands-down one of the worst nail salons I have ever patronized in my life. And I have been getting nails done for 15 years. The man that did my nails was in experienced (the gel started to bubble), applied product to the skin, and drilled unevenly. When the product started to bubble, and I asked him if he could re-do the nails that were poor, he got mad and started raising his voice and did not want to re-do. When he did reluctantly re-do them he was not-gentle, was almost aggressive with handling my hands. I paid just to get out of the door. Within half-a day it started to pull up, the top coat was flaking, and they looked horrible. Please, please, please go to somewhere in Webster or somewhere else. Maybe it was just my experience, but I would never go back there again. I give it a couple stars because it was clean, the atmosphere was nice and the store was clearly taken care of and was ran well. They had a bird right inside the door if you like that kinda thing. read more

this place is great. i came there for the first time and the people were super nice. i came in with no appointment and the wait was only 10 minutes or so. they had lots of colors to choose from and had great prices. i got gel nails and i had a concern and the lady had explained to me and fixed it. however, the tools they use were re-used which was not that sanitary. but the place looked great and wasn't packed. but the lady had taken a call while doing my nails which made me a bit disappointed. overall though, the place is great and for a quick and cheap manicure read more

Even though I have moved and it's not as close, I still drive to Ontario because of the excellent work and service I receive. I came in just a few days ago and the owner did my nails. He started on me then left me sitting to go work on other customers. He didn't shape my nails the way I wanted him too. Some of my nails look crooked and he misses spots when painting. I had to go to the store and buy my own nail glue to glue one my nails back on. He never fixed my cracked nails and Every time I run my fingers through my hair pieces get caught because the acrylic nail isn't filed flush with my actual nail. My nails were filed uneven and I even have spots along the sides of my nails where they weren't filed down at all. I am very displeased and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
