I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes. She was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable in expediting my transaction. I appreciate those qualities in a worker. Thank you. Good job!!!

First, they are so smart being open until 7:30pm on weekdays. HUGE plus when I was trying to find a tags and titles place enroute from work to home. Popped in on a weekday evening after work and was politely greeted by Kevin who was so kind and patient as I stated off my initial convo with I have no idea what I'm doing, sorry if i don't have the right things, but here is the information I have. One would typically receive an annoyed look, but Kevin was so cool and was like what do you got. Ease overcame me immediately. Turned out, I had all the right info needed from my car company to get the title so I could move forward registering in PA from NJ. Kevin took all my data, even taking the time to fill out my form that I could of so easily done, made the copies he needed, and said we'll call you once we receive what we need. Quote time was 1-2 weeks typically depending on your cars company. Received a call less than a week later saying all was ready. Came in, signed my papers, settled up, new PA plate in hand and next step inspection instructions. Cost for my needs was $209 which I felt was reasonable even though I had no clue what the going price range is for these types of services. Would HIGHLY recommend Jack Rabbit for and tags, titles, registration and notary needs.

I chose to search for a place that opened at 9AM and found Commonwealth Auto Tags on Swede Rd in Norristown, PA, and when I asked for the price from Commonwealth it was $100.00 more than Nelson and Campbell in Springhouse. I mentioned to Commonwealth that I received a lower price and asked to clarify and Commonwealth hung up the phone instead of assisting me to confirm I was asking for the correct service.

She folded the pink slip and handed it to him. He trusted her and put the paper in his pocket and she said we were done! He drove 1 hour and 10 minutes back home, and come to find out, when he took the paper out of his pocket and read it, his bill was only $192, she charged him $402.00! I would not recommend this notary shop, but if you do go here, keep your receipts and verify that amount you paid is the same as the one on your receipt!
