For whatever reason this Cub is set up so incredibly goofy I can't even stand it. I don't think you would be able to run in quickly unless you were extremely familiar with the store. I have stopped in about three times and each time I question where something is. I don't tend to see a ton of employees around which makes it even harder when I would love to just stop and ask someone for help without having to go all the way to the front of the store. Other than that, it is your typical grocery store. I do find that other locations of a better hot bar/fried chicken option than this location. We ended up getting some chicken and the employee working over. There was a little difficult, not the end of the world, but I don't feel like getting into a debate on what I'm ordering. The nice thing is they have a huge parking lot and it's located in a strip mall with a lot of other options for your shopping needs or if you want to grab something to eat. This is definitely not my go to location, but in a pinch it does its job. read more

I like that this Cub is pretty quiet and chill. I've never seen it super busy or chaotic & I go there often. This Cub is pretty clean and organized, I really like that. I don't usually have any interactions with the staff except with the occasional "have a good day" after checking out. Overall I enjoy shopping at this Cub! read more

I love the convenience of your location. Your prices for the stuff we all love going off the charts. Coffee creamers flavored $5 and up Hamburger and beef pricey. Dog treats off the charts. Little. Caesar 50 cents more than Walmart. My greatest request. PLEASE put row numbers or ROW Letters on the cart storage SIGNS in the parking lot. I have helped countless seniors who lost their cars in one of the aisles. They get confused coming in one door and leaving another. read more

Customer service and all interactions with Cub employees has been absolutely wonderful! They have helped us in so many ways.

We have shopped at this cub location for years. We have even gotten to know one of the employees. It is a fairly typical grocery store with average prices. The location is close to our house. However recently they have hired a security guard who stands around in full tactical gear which makes me feel uncomfortable. I understand the need for a security guard but his appearance is unsettling, I always feel that they are expecting an armed robbery read more

It feels a little odd to write a review about a chain grocery store, but this location has some of the nicest employees (minus the deli, they seem to wake up on the wrong side of the bed every. single. morning). They always have a lot in stock, and I think is worth the drive if you are looking to go to a Cub, specifically. Much better than the Edina location on York Ave. Minus one star because this location lacks a full-service meat counter, which is a little odd. read more

I'm not sure what this recent update is about but it's ruined the store. They used to have shorter aisles with a large variety of brands and options but that was eliminated and replaced with long aisles and very limited selection of items. it's very disappointing because this was a smaller store with better selection than bigger ones, that's all gone now though. Also gone are the employees that were around to help, it's really disappointing as this has been a great store for a long time. read more

I frequently go to this store, only due to the fact that it is 2 blocks up the road, from my house. I do feel that Cub Foods is quite pricey as a grocery store, considering the prices you can find at their competitors. They do also stock some items that I cannot seem to find at other stores, such as the pizza that my wife prefers. The staff are always extremely helpful, and even though the self-checkout machines like to revolt quite often, the members of staff are always relaxed and calm, even though this situation can be very stressful. Cub Foods is a grocery store I would recommend to people, if they need one or two items and they do not want to have to travel too far to get them. read more

For some reason it's saying I'm in California. I live in Bloomington. Anyway, Generally a good store. However, be careful of the marked prices. More than once, the shelf price is less than the ring-up price. When you tell them, they'll make an excuse. For example: Today went to buy Blue Bunny ice cream marked two for six dollars. When I got to checkout they wanted to charge me full price of $5.69. An employee went to check it out, came back and lied that it only applied to one flavor though all were marked at the sale price. read more

This is the only cub store I know of that bakes this yummy bread. Not in Burnsville or Minneapolis. Store is clean and has some "manager specials" such as 16 oz cans of 7up even tropical 7up 4 for $1. Cottage cheese for .99 and lunchmeat for .99. Clean store. Love this bread I can only find here. Cub is your standard chain grocery store in the Mpls/St. Paul metro area. This one isn't a lot different that the others, with one exception: they have an absolutely massive meat section/butcher counter. I have shopped at most Cubs foods in the SW Metro at least once and this one is by far the best. Typically there are one or two manager specials in the meat department on an end cap that has a big discount on it: 75% or more, with items being just 99 cents or 1.99. For example, I have picked up packages of lunchmeat for a buck, a package of imitation crab for a buck, a large package of frozen breakfast sausage for $2, etc. They also have so much inventory that it is common to find meat items on markdown/stickered, so for people like me that have a chest freezer this is a great store to go to once a month or so and see what you can stock up on. I typically don't do all my shopping here as you can usually get better prices on grocery and produce staples at places like Aldi or Fresh Thyme, which are both nearby, but it is worth it to look at their weekly ad because sometimes they have pretty good deals. This store also has a $1 section. Most of the stuff in there is junk, but I have picked up paper napkins for $1, jars of imported olives for $1, and other random items. Overall I would recommend this Cub over others in the area. read more

It may not be the best bakery all around, but beggars can't be choosy. It is close to my house and convenient for my typical Sunday morning. Yes, Sunday is God's day(Sunday) and we all should be nice and cheerful to one another...I am not usually that way. Hence it is not a good idea for me to drive anywhere on a Sunday for more than 5 minutes for anything especially anything pertain to food. Yes, I am that lazy and pathetic. Hence this place gets a 4 star. Their Cream Cheese Cinnamon rolls are amazing. I would wrestle anyone for it. read more

Just got back into town needed a few things for dinner. I still had my cub card packed, just wanted to cook at the hotel and relax. I went in to the store and asked for a CUB card.They only have them online now? Ok ,so I asked if i could use somebody's and the clerk said your not allowed to use somebody's card. WTH a man let me use his card anyway! I ask the lady cashier why not she said its company policy. My phone number was not working and she suggested adding a 1 ? I'm really sorry I said I am from America and USA Kroger and giant Eagle down in the real world. I have never herd of anything like this in my life. Kroger people can use there cards and other people us them for fuel perks. Giant Eagle you need one to check out but they have Card's at the store desk. This is some messed up policy from Cub so don't go in there for any specials with out a card or be quiet and ask somebody there shopping! read more

This review is for the liquor store. Smallish but well stocked liquor store with separate entrance from the main store. While there are some local craft brews the selection could be improved. I really appreciated that the aisles were not filled with displays which can really make it difficult to navigate a store. Staff were quick and friendly. read more

I'm really impressed with this Cub's meat department. Really great salmon at reasonable prices. Great steaks and roasts. Produce department is nice too - rivals that of more expensive grocery stores. Very community oriented- holding fun events during holidays. read more

This is my favorite Cub. The store is usually pretty clean and they have decent prices. They have a pretty good selection of organic foods and ethnic items. The best part of this place is the friendly cashiers. They often give me store coupons without my even having to ask for them. Very nice since I often forget my coupons at home if I remember to clip them in the first place. read more

Every time I'm there with my kids one of the check out people have to comment on something (my daughter is a very energetic child) last time this man made it his personal duty to lecture me as to why my daughter should be in the child seat of the cart.... she hates sitting in there and would scream the whole time if i put her in there... I had my 9 year old son with me and he was keeping her entertained just fine. This man would not let me be. I honestly dont want to come back ever again. This isn't the first time... it's not the checkout persons job to try to tell a customer how to take care of their kid... there's always way worse behaving kids in there besides my 1 tiny toddler...
